Not much to review about this below standard location. If you're looking for any modifications to an item, you might as well be talking to a brick. Went and ordered a quesadilla without the sauce and burrito with no bean or onions, ended up getting everything (even the stuff I have issies with). They didn't even give a recepit or read the menu back. I gave them many chances, but sadly I was insane (repeating the same actions hoping for different outcomes.)I'd recommend a colonoscopy instead of eating here. At least that will give you what you want.
Waited in line for half an hour, line didn't move. Maybe they aren't staffed? Ended up going to a different taco bell, had the same issue. Ended up at burger King.
Waited 15 minutes in drive thru without any greeting. 3 cars prior were helped.Out of no where a guy on the speaker shouts... "I'll get to you when I can!"I'm the only car here now...Are all the Tacobells in Ypsi trash?
The lobbies always closed for those who want to go in and the people act like your a problem. It's like it's a task for someone to take your order or at least acknowledge that your there. I'll spend my money somewhere else.
Management and employees do not know how to us a Taco Bell gift card and because they don’t know how to put it into the register they think it’s ok to treat you disrespectfully! Talking over the top of you and tell it you to go to another Taco Bell. I was stunned by the behavior!

Every time without fail, this Taco Bell gives us a full sugar soft drink instead of a zero sugar soft drink--like we ordered. Not only is this annoying on a very basic level, but it is also very dangerous as my partner is type one diabetic and the staffs' negligence could put my partner in the hospital had he not been as mindful as he was. Hoping that this location does better in just alerting customers when they are out of something, and hoping no one winds up in the hospital because of them.
This taco bell does a pretty good job. Don't go to the one on Elsworth rd. A full taco hot sauce packet was found in a burrito.
Crunchwrap barely had any nacho cheese or beans in it, just lettuce and wrap. Grilled cheese burrito barely had any cheese on the outside and not much on the inside. Just go to the one on washtenaw it's better and always hot food.
