The person who was there today on 06/01/2022 tried to get over on my change he shorted me and didn't think I was going to notice don't go there that will be my last time ???
Disappointed. My motivation for going today was mailer which included numerous coupons. Upon arrival I was informed they do not honor coupons. This is a deal-breaker. I will not return.On the up-side, line staff member Johnny was apologetic about the coupon issue and, of course, he had no authority to rectify the situation. He made great sandwiches and maintained a pleasant, professional demeanor.
I have been coming here for over a month, every time I visit the staff makes my sandwich just the way I prefer and they actually care if you are satisfied. If you didn't have a good experience here, just tell them and they will make it right.
The lady who helped me was very nice and quick however the whole reason I came here was because I had a coupon for a free bag of chips with my footlong purchase. There was no sign or warning that the store wasn’t accepting coupons because the system was down and therefor they didn’t uphold the coupon sent out. Im very upset by this and I wish a manager was there I could speak to so I could just get my bag of chips because I know that’s not the employees call. I understand it’s only a few dollars but you need ensure that your equipment works or at least put a sign up warning customers. Won’t be returning to this location.
went in with bud for 2 subs. the seasoning on italian herb bread was sparse. had coupons in hand an didnt tell us no coupons til end. as well black olives tasted like cleaner. also employee was so quite i could barely hear an bud could not hear at all.
Service was horrible, if I could leave this review starless I would. I ordered a protien bowl, only got half of my meat, had to ask again for cheese, he wouldn't go back and get ranch. If we asked for anything it seemed like an inconvenience.

This place is terrible. It’s disgusting and they’re get your order wrong while also being rude to you
I walked in and greeted the worker there. He stared at me, didn't say anything, and didn't respond when I said hi again. He made my sub in silence and when we got to the end, he then spoke his first words "No coupons". So I left and won't be back. This subway has been going downhill for a while but this was my last time here. The Ann Arbor one on Washtenaw just past 23 is much better.
Workers are polite and I never have to wait to long even though they are a bit understaffed. Great subway!
