Typical Subway store. Limited parking.
I'm not impressed with my online order. The sandwiches ordered were not correct (regular sub instead of the melt that was ordered) there were barely any veggies on the subs and they did not taste fresh. Extra toppings that I was charged for were not even put on (cheese, bacon and avocado). I ordered four meals, all with cookies, and all 8 cookies were shoved in one bag, squished together. Upcharge drinks were not available and no large bags to carry my large order to my vehicle. It's sad I talked myself into not cooking for mothers day just too waste almost $65.00 to feed my family and the food was not what I asked for and tasted horrible. My family will not be returning.
My family and I love this subway! Jason makes our sandwiches perfect every time! We love coming here and knowing that we’re going to get great customer service and delicious food! Thank you!

Abysmal service. The GOOD locations in Ypsi are closed so you'll have to suffer here instead. Good luck getting everything you ordered, better luck trying to remedy the situation without the owner emailing you to call you a liar. Avoid this place at all costs. This place only gets a star because it won't let me post unless I give them one.
Extraordinary service!! I went into this Subway today, on my lunch break and was greeted with a “Thank you for coming to Subway!” Even though the line had 3 people ahead of me, I wasn’t deterred. The two people that were working there were so pleasant. She thanked me for my patience and the guy adding my topping was sweet. Not to add, my food was great!! (Especially for trying the spinach wrap for the first time) Will definitely be returning!!

I walked in 2 min til close and was promptly told the person in front of me was the last customer. Lock the door then. Beyond bad business, beyond frustrating for works retail. This location is closest to my house and is so sad it’s a gamble that I get any service whatsoever. This happened on 4/25. Work ethic is dead.
