Don't bother ordering ahead, they won't even start making the food until you get there and show id! And there is no way to just cancel the order. You have to talk to a manager. So you are sol if they aren't there. If you aren't actually doing the orders beforehand you shouldn't be in the app. Won't be back to this location.

Couldn’t get a glass of water on ecorse I payed for food but couldn’t get no drink

Never Dissatisfied sub is always made how I like it, love the employees this is my favorite subway to go to.

Went there the other day, staff looked angry none of them were wearing masks one had a runny nose prices were a dollar more cold cut 7.99, Hoogie was 9.99 won't go back again

You get what you expect, terrible food but good service.

Food was ok, it gave us the runs tho, the guy behind the counter who was also the only one there, was alright but had an attitude to him, over all a lack luster dinner

I’ve been coming here for three months since my new job is close-by. I finally decided to write a review because the two occasions I speak of make me cringe. Service is hit or miss. I’m asked what I want, then have to repeat myself which makes me wonder if they were listening to begin with. From my experiences there, the worst was when I got a veggie wrap and it came apart because it wasn’t wrapped tight enough. The employee that had trained a new employee a month prior said they never forgot to learn how to fold a wrap since working at McDonald’s. Fail. The second worst time was today. I got a veggie sub and the amount of sweet onion sauce that was put on could have kept a whole ant farm afloat. The sub was soggy and I felt like I was eating watered-down vegetables. I called to speak to someone and it took forever for someone to answer. I believe the owner’s daughter answered (she also made my sub) and said if I come in she can replace it, thanked me, and hung-up. I hadn’t finished what I wanted to say, but that’s cool. I write honest reviews and it took this long to say something. Customer satisfaction was not achieved today.

They just need some more training....
