I guess the prices on the menu are just for show. I was charged $2 more than what the menu hanging up behind the counter says
Gersa, the store manager, was very helpful when I placed my customized platter order for p/u on June 3, 2022. The platter of all the toppings was so impressive and the whole meal was delicious!! Thank you!!
Not good. Order online and they never add avocado or guacamole like we ordered. It’s an extra $1 or something .. And if you’re out then let people know… ?
They didn’t have what I asked for which is fine but they completely ignored instructions for the new sub even though they were told multiple times. They were not busy at all and had 3 workers at the time so Im very disappointed in the workers and their basic comprehension skills
This review goes out to my girl Gertha a.k.a. Peaches. She is always a delight when I've been in here. She has always greeted me walking in and asks how my day is going before even making anything. She makes sure that your food is to your liking. She's quick, efficient and does the damn thing. She cares. Will always be back because of her. Excellent customer service and she should be management if she isn't already. We need more people like this woman in customer service. Give her a raise.
I don't know if it's the workers but the door is always locked way before closing time, with workers still working inside taking orders on the phone and the like. If your hours are different, and this is what the workers are meant to do, change the sign. If this is not the case, and they are meant to be open to customers, you need to have a talk with your workers. Store is closed early a lot, not a problem at other stores.

Workers don't wear masks, or wear them improperly. Food didn't taste fresh and the bread was dry/crumbly. Tomatoes were definitely old.
Very fast,friendly, and the store was very clean and the food was fresh and delicious.
Huron location best in Ypsilanti staff is wonderful
