Went there two times after a workout, was served by Carlos both times.The service I received was friendly, personalized, and welcoming. The food was made as ordered and came out quickly.Now the food itself...after coming here, your standards for Mexican food will go through the roof. All the options, from the burrito to the desserts, are so delicious, fresh, and hot that it will make you stop whatever you're doing or whatever you're saying to focus on the flavors dancing on your tongue.Exceptional service, exceptional food, and very cheap prices; all the makings of a 5 star hole-in-the-wall Mexican food joint without burning a hole-in-your-wallet.I'll be coming here again indefinitely.5/5 stars; I highly recommend it as a must-visit if you find yourself in Ypsilanti.
This restaurant was so bad. Literally I ordered chimichanga and they went and STUFD it with orange rice. Now mind you the rice was completely tasteless. Do not get extra STUFD it’s not worth it. It wasn’t even that stuffed! they replaced all the meat and cheese with rice. That junk was nasty fr. The chips are the only good thing on the menu, and they’re stale.
The steak burrito was delicious and big enough for 2 people. Had half for lunch saved other half for dinner. The beef tacos were tasty also. Young man taking orders was pleasant to deal with.
Good burritos. Chill place and crew. Tofu California burrito is my go-to and I've never been disappointed. And they understand the importance of texture during the burrito experience by leaving some tortilla chips in the bag.
They are awesome food wise, their food is really good.But the customer service is terrible.They will say they understand your order and give you an order that has anything other than what you ordered in it.I've been going there for 6 years and I'm fed up at this point.I've tried correcting it and had very little help.
prices are great! customer service is pretty good too. food was decent with good portions but the beans and chicken were overly salted and made the food hard to eat at times. load up on water!
this is what it feels like to “know a spot”. this place is amazing the vegan options are great and the customer service is always above and beyond. i’m a french fry connoisseur and they have my FAVORITE fries. i swear whoever makes them knows what they are doing and makes them with LOVE. never soggy even if it takes awhile to get home (paper bag, they know what’s up) and always salted just right. they have real vegan food on the menu not just fries. i’ll probably never give chipotle another cent.
Great customer service, super nice people. Biggest burritos I have ever seen. Amazing tortillas and all at an amazing price. Would highly recommend.
Gosh!!!! This place is so freaking awesome! The front staff was so incredibly kind and helpful while I ordered for the first time. They treated me with so much understanding when I had no clue what I was doing! We got it all ordered and it was so delicious and way more food than I expected. Very generous portion sizes.
