Good, reliable place for a nicer meal! I love the Whiskey River BBQ chicken sandwich. I always have a good portion of leftovers. I keep coming back.
So we love red robin for its fries and family friendly dining. But I don't know what it is about the kid's chocolate milk or even regular milk. The server won't bring it unless I ask like 4 times. It's become a joke in our family. We easily go to RR 5-6 times per year. We have probably asked for the milk we ordered like 15 times. LOL just bring the milk we ordered man!
I went here for the first time this evening. I ordered online for pick up. My food wasn't ready when I got there. It turns out they were having some computer problems. Not their fault. The host kept checking on my order, and it actually ended up being remade so that everything was fresh. I received some gift cards for the wait. So in short, the customer service is great even when everyone is frustrated with technology. The food is yummy! I got a salad, the lettuce is crispy and the chicken is well seasoned. Easily the best salad I've had in a while. My husband enjoyed his burger.We will be back soon. The team here is hard working and they make great food. Thanks for a great dinner!
Absolutely disgusted, and LITERALLY sick. Like ACTUALLY puking after one bite.Drove 30 minutes to pick up for a family dinner. Paid over $55 plus tip, for 3 people to eat curbside pick up.$16 for a burger and onion rings and it was trash. After getting home, discovered burger and bacon were big time undercooked. Supposed to be well done, WAS totally Pink Inside. Uncooked, fatty, stringy strips of bacon thrown on, and mayo on the Top bun, on the BOTTOM bun AND on the actual patty...wtheck???. Just soaked.Bun was so covered and soaked in grease, but especially mayo, that the buns were actually dissolving and falling to peices.I unfortunately took a bite before noticing everything but the melting bun, and regret it. I'm writing this review after throwing up for 20 minutes straight. Absolutely disgusted.My husbands burger was undercooked, but not as bad. My sons was missing toppings and covered in grease. Undercooked, mushy fries we didn't eat. Mayo, grease, from my burger got all over my onion rings, so those were gross and didn't eat. Total waste of money and time.Thanks red Robin! Never ever will we be back.
What a wonderful experience tonight! You don't always get great service in these times but we just did! We had a Fantastic waiter Hussien! Never missed a beat! Best Ever! We'll be back and request him!
We love going to Red Robin! The wait staff are nice and attentive no matter how busy the restaurant is. They are always nice to my children which is very appreciated. It’s my 5 & 8 year olds FAVORITE “Mommy & Daddy” restaurant.
Not an enjoyable experience. Ordered the master cheese and the whole burger was a mess. Fly's around my plate and it's 13° outside.Terrible even, my daughter did enjoy her root beer float.Unless it's her personal request on a birthday or something, which should never happen, I will never be back.
We went here for lunch on 1/11/22 and let me tell you... the food was excellent and fresh, the music was bomb, and the customer service from Miss Jessica at the bar was warm, welcoming, consistent and energetic. Very grateful for the experience. We will be back! Damn right!
The moment I step through the door I'm greeted with warm smiles and jubilant joy all around. As I follow the waitress to my seat, I look to my right and I see the RR crew hard at work; the smell of fresh BBQ off the grill fill my nostrils and my heart cries with joy as I feel like I'm home.This is all before even ordering my food, but I don't want to drag the review on longer than usual.Overall, excellent customer service.I give them 5 out of 5 buzzard wings!!
This restaurant went above and beyond for my family today. I am on a dairy free diet as my newborn has a milk allergy and am breastfeeding. The server and manager took time to check labels and prepared my food away from any potential contaminants without question. While this allergy isn't life-threatening, it causes major discomfort for my daughter. They were able to prepare a great salad (minus cheese and dairy dressings) that was satisfying and met my dairy-free needs. Cudos to you, Red Robin for hiring people who care about their customers!
