Ordered from this place since the Mr. Pizza closer to me is closed on Tuesdays. It turns out this place couldn't deliver to me, but they gave me a call right away and explained the issue. They gave the option for a full refund if I cancelled, or a partial refund if I wanted to come pick it up. They handled the issue with patience and grace, even though I know they were super busy. I appreciate how well it was handled.The food itself was exactly as good as I'd expect, and ready quickly. I'll definitely order pickup here next time I crave pizza on a Tuesday.
I grab deliveries from here all the time, at different times of the day. There hasn't been one single time I've been to this location and the empolyees weren't crazy friendly! And they're usually slammed and they always have smiles on their faces. Whoever owns this place you've got a great team and I hope you show them your appreciation! I use to work in management in food serivce and if i had a crew like that I'd still be in food service. Y'all have something great there! Make sure you let them ( you're employees) know that, something simple but it goes a very long way!
Terrible place, horrible service based off the manager Zach who I called and complained to about my order being wrong, I wanted my money back and he said they do not do refunds, which I have never heard from an establishment in my life, If a customer is not satisfied, he should have a right to get his money back ..he was completley rude and unprofessional, and should not be holding the position of management.. ..they could do alot better, do not recommended
They ALWAYS short me on ranch. I order an extra ranch and get none, I order 3 extra and get 1. Over my past 5 orders, I've spent $10 in ranch that I haven't gotten. I'm so over this place, anything other than the pizza tastes awful.
I visited this place 2 times in a matter of a week. The first time I ordered a pizza, which was really good. The second time we ordered a couple of subs. Not sure if it's because they were 6 in subs, but they were kind of skimpy on the meat. Other than that, this is a good place to get a bite to eat at random hours of the night.
They kicked out 12 pizzas in 30 minutes with no advance notice and were great!! Thanks so much!
My boyfriend and I just ordered from here and received it on timeee. My boyfriend opened up his blt and gasped, then opened his deep dished pizza and literally yelled, “babe, would’a look at this” .. this pizza was fluffy this pizza was immaculate this pizza was thicc in all the right areas. My boyfriend and I smashed, I get the gluten free pizza and it’s by far the best gluten free crust pizza joint. When he was finished he looked at me said, “I think I just saw the face of God”.Mr.Pizza human people, you out did ya selfff. 5 star chefs kiss -
Employees told me they would bring the food to my car since it was still being prepared when I came in. I thought this was a good thing until the employee, an older man, carelessly threw the food into my window. Get better employees!
Washtenaw Road Mr.PizzaDO NOT ORDER HERE...EVER delivery driver was okManager WAS SO RUDE. Lost my buisness.Have been ordering here for quite some time and always good pizza and nice staff. UNTIL TODAY....ordered 45$ worth of food and the pizza was SO greasy, over cooked, and the sausage was SOO spicy. Told the manager and he was SO RUDE....said that he can't do anything about it he's sorry I didn't like the food. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING THERE EVER AGAIN.
If your in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti are you honestly should stop in at this local pizza/grinder shop....they make some seriously good pizzas and grinders.
