This particular McDonald's always has pleasant staff that says please and thank you. It's gotten a bit worse since the pandemic but it's the only one in Ann Arbor and Ypsi that I'll go to.
This place is a joke! I ordered a Big Mac meal and half of my sandwich was lettuce!!! My boyfriend ordered a McChicken and his sandwich wash basically all lettuce as well!!! Go the extra few miles if you want McDonalds. ??????
First McDonald's in over 30 years to ever sell me a burger that was basically raw inside. Giving two stars because my sprite was at least cold ?
Just now, I ordered a #1 egg mcmuffin meal and received a burnt muffin. I walked back inside to show the manager and the line cook gave me grief. He said 'that's not burnt' and I told him I won't eat it. He said 'I would!'. I felt bad for the manager because this guy had a mouth and wouldn't stop with his comments. The machine apparently burns the muffins and he thinks it's okay that they serve this to customers. I'm calling corporate. This line cook was rude, belligerent, argumentative, and degrading. He needs to be fired or re-trained.
The ONLY reason this place is getting 1 star is because the staff was friendly. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches - the meat barely filled the rolls and i never knew chicken had that much gristle. It was absolutely disgusting to bite into. The fries were limp, unsalted and luke warm at best. I also ordered a 10 piece nugget meal but only got 8 nuggets. NEVER going back and don't recommend anyone ever going here
They list that they are 24/7 drive through but don't take orders after like 8pm. Total trash location if you go after dark.
I have had multiple less-than-stellar experiences at this McDonald's....incorrectly fulfilled orders, bad attitudes, unpredictable hours, etc. I have never left reviews for fast food locations - it is what it is - but last night took the prize. I'd leave less than a star if I could.I arrived at the drive-thru during posted hours, with all outside lights on, and behind only one other car that was being served. There were no cars ahead or behind us. I pulled up to the order point and after a minute or so was greeted with a terse, "We're closed!" after which all outside lights were shut off. No "sorry", no further response, nothing.This was just extremely, deliberately rude and completely unacceptable, but shouldn't be surprising considering it's part of a consistent pattern.Avoid this location.
Over 25 minutes, extremely rude, incomplete orders, and Aggressive behavior. Owner needs to step in before they get into a lawsuit due to their employees…!
One Mcdouble and a medium fry was somehow $5.71 (my items did not show up on the screen as I was ordering). Asked for BBQ sauce with my outrageously priced fast food and was told they have to charge me for it, and they don't have a register at the food window so basically I'm forbidden from having BBQ sauce. Pretty neat. Hope the nickel you saved was worth a 1 star review. So much for happy customers!
Literally waited in line for 10 minutes for a mobile order, just to get up to the speaker and be informed that they just closed. Screw the gas I wasted driving here and hungry kid in the back seat. As a further slap in the face, after I got gas at Sam’s…I saw cars that had been behind me getting service….
