after using the kiosk to order, we realized that all the items that were marked off and unavailable to order actually WERE available. after getting our bags, we didn’t get half of the items we ordered. i also want to add that the entire time we were eating, the staff was shouting across the store through the lobby and walking around the lobby talking to other workers. i understand that these employees do not get paid enough for what they do, believe me, but this was the worst experience i’ve ever had at a mcdonald’s and even any fast food restaurant. side note- the bathrooms were unclean and there was water all around the toilets.
I’m very convinced they thrive on displeasing their customers. I ordered two of the same thing and they only gave me one of the two and some thing else completely different. I decided to call, but after the second attempt with no answer I tried furia third only to be sent to the beeping noise that indicates that they have disconnected the hard line to their company phone. This is very upsetting and disgraceful and it reminds me why I hate going to McDonald’s.
Fast service, but they're always ringing me up for a large drink with my meal. I've tried asking for a medium meal, or meal with medium coke. I've even asked them to change it after they ring up a large, and still ended up with a large. Today THEY asked ME what size. I said medium, and I got a large. Sorry, but I don't appreciate the extra 12oz of sugar and syrup in my diet. A small inconvenience, yes, but every time? Just give me what I order please.
It was pretty good. Hot and fresh. A bit greasy and we had to go back because they forgot out nuggets, but all in all, a better than average mcdonalds experience.
I love being asked to review McDonald’s. Well this one is good, food came out fast and friendly and restrooms are clean.
Lately the food has been good here. Have had downright rude servers here a few times. Not my first choice, but am giving them a try again because so many other locations in the Ypsi-Arbor are unacceptable in cleanliness, food or service.
Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe meal. They gave me a mcdouble. So I went back through the drive thru and told them. The guy at the window said to wait in the parking lot for the sandwich and they'd bring it to me. So I waited for 10 minutes and no one showed up. They weren't even particularly busy. I just left. The mcdouble was okay, but I would've preferred the more expensive sandwich that I paid for.Since the pandemic hit, it seems like none of the McDonald's franchises in the area are reliable, which is kind of a shame.
Terrible customer service. The people at the windows, both the pay window and the pick upWindow were both rude. The pay window lady took my card and handed back without a word, smile or anykind of eye contact. The pick up window person opened the window just enough to sling my order through then slammed the window shut…. Absolutely no communication at all. Definitely will not be going back this location!
After placing a drive thru order, I have been waiting at the first window to pay for 10 minutes with no one in front of me. And no employees saying anything whatsoever. Just walking back and forth.They need all new staff and management.
Do not go to this McDonalds location. Every time I have attempted to order from the drive thru at this location i’ve either been yelled at by the workers inside (for trying to order) or ignored in the drive thru. Gave it another chance today and was ignored once again. Would give 0 stars if I could.
