I like to get my breakfast here and the ladies working drive thru are always so nice! Whether I place my order in line or use my mobile for curbside, they are pleasant and on it - especially the young woman who take the orders, she is exceptional! ?? 05.24.22
Twice in the last week I have showed up when they were supposed to be open, and they just say they are closed and refuse to do their jobs. The first time I called when they were supposed to be open, they said they were having a problem with the registers. So I waited until they were supposed to be open for over an hour, but they still refused to process my mobile order. Today they had a long line of people waiting when they were supposed to open, and they told everyone they weren't opening. Not, they will be opening soon, or sorry for the delay. Just we are refusing to do our jobs. McDonalds has just become pathetic these days.
This might save you some time: they're so inconsistently staffed that theyre almost never open when they say they are. I tried to go at 9:30 when they said they're open until 12. Waited in line 25 minutes before I got to the menu and was told "we're actually closed because we don't have any staff". This morning it said it was open at 6am, so I went at 8am. Got "um were CLOSED" yelled at me through the speaker. The only times I've actually managed to get food here it took forever and twice it's been completely the wrong order. Seems like way understaffed, stressed out teenagers fighting for their lives in there lol. Definitely a management problem.
I know everyone is short handed and we waited about 2 or more minutes just to have someone let us know they were there. We ordered 3 drinks 1frozen coke and 2lg cokes. We had to repeat it and then they said the frozen machine was not working so we just asked for 3lg cokes and had to repeat it and finally got our order.
I ordered food from here and my large fry is halfway filled with old fries the nuggets is old and hard as a brick waited long time for old food I can’t even eat also my kids happy meal had only nuggets and fries no apple slices like I ordered or milk
Horrible service!!! TO START THERE LINES WERE RIDICULOUS..There was no pop available except coke, my fries were cold, I ordered 3 4piece chicken nuggets and a 10 piece & they gave me no sauce. I understand they were busy but quality is everything!!!
I didn’t really want to give this McDonald’s even a 1 star. I’ve been in McDonald’s all over the US and in Europe. I’ve been in airports, malls and outdoor shopping centers to dine at McDonald’s. I’ve never been in one that was this dirty. It was 11:30am and all the trash was overflowing. The bathrooms don’t appear to be cleaned in days. The floor throughout was hard to walk on without sliding from the grease and just not being cleaned. Fingerprints on all the walls that doesn’t just happen over night. Only one lady sitting at the table but all the tables were dirty while what appeared to be a full shift of staff was chatting in the back. I’m shocked with the high standards of this chain that this is how they are being represented. If the front of the house isn’t clean can you imagine the back of the house. Hopefully corporate will step in.
Arrived to a long drive thru line so I proceeded to go inside. Ran into an employee at the door who politely held it open for me. My order was taken promptly by a nice young lady. During my wait, another employee walked by and ask about my order and told me they were waiting on my fries. The shift working 3/31/22 at 5:30pm has it together.

This place years ago was the worst around, but over the last 10 years or more. I've always found it to be one of the top Mcy Dees in the greater An arbor area.
