Ordered a double quarter pounder earlier and noticed after the first bite it tasted really weird. Upon closer inspection realized one of the beef patties was fully cooked and the other was still completely raw/uncooked
I've frequented this location a fair amount of times over the years. It's pretty much always been slow. That's pretty ironic considering it's a fast food restaurant. But the app is just so good and why would I ??? go to McDonald's and get two Big Macs or two quarter pounders with cheese (no mustard or pickles, add mayonnaise ?) for the price of one? Anyway, I've now been twice in the past two days and have been utterly and totally surprised by the speed of service from the moment of arrival at the drive thru screen to bag of food in hand. I bragged to my co-worker today about how fast it was yesterday and then was able to show him first hand how great it was again today! I don't know if the day shift has new managers or if everyone has just stepped it up, but I want to say "WELL DONE."
Screw this place! Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and it came with mayo and tomato? That’s not how it’s shown on menu. The double cheeseburger meal were flat, and the fries cold and unsalted. The sprite is delicious i can’t lie. But never did i pay 18 dollars for GARBAGE. had to put lettuce, pickles, AND onion on myself at home. Lady in the window was gorgeous
Javette Starks was one of the most professional employees I’ve ever encountered. If she is not a manager/ regional manager, she should be. She made my experience wonderful! Thank you Javette for you professional and your Courteous mannerism!
Staff were friendly but it turns out they close between 3am and 6am. That's fine, nothing wrong with that, but you need to stop advertising being open 24 hours. Turn your lights off and close if you're going to close.Update: another incident tonight at 11:00pm. All the lights on. 24 hour signs all over the place. Not a staff member in sight. If you're going to close, then close. Turn off your lights and stop advertising 24 hours!
2+ Years and this place still will not open the dining area or allow you to go in to place an order. What a joke. Thus place should shut their doors permanently. Wont even get started on the actual (lackof) service. And yes they have plenty of people there working.
I first want to start off by saying I come to this McDonald’s frequently, early in the A.M, before work. There is a women there, African American female, who is always VERY pleasant. I have seen when it was EXTREMELY busy and she was not disrespectful and had GREAT customer service. I do not know her name, and by the way she carried herself it appeared as though she was management. I came to that location May 12th, 2022. Maybe her manager can see who worked that morning and give her a raise because it is WELL deserved!
Slow as hell. To much salt to much sauce don't be surprised if your burger looks like sloppy Joe with ketchup and mustard dripping all over itJust crazySome of the workers are nice needs better service they don't know how to handle a rush hour I done worked for a McDonald's before
They mess up my order every single time I have been here. The last time though was the final straw as I will not be returning. They had a sign posted for 2$ Double Cheeseburgers, which we ordered 4 of, and some other items. After paying I notice that is not the price on the receipt. I ask the lady working the window about this. She was rude, and basically implied I can't read. They then proceed to miss one of my sandwiches. Once we told her about that, she tells us she put it in the bag. So now not only can I not read but I can't count according to her. I handed her the bag back so she could go through it herself and see the sandwich was not in there. To top all of this off their fries were a bit soggy, cold, and undercooked. The excuse for not correcting the amount we paid? They aren't able to issue refunds. First restaurant I have ever know that can not access it's own POS system. So I contact the corporate office with the above information. After speaking with Karen who says the manager claimed they removed that sign two weeks ago. They not only did not compensate me for the overcharge, but they did not even offer to replace the gross fries. Karen basically said there is nothing she can do. This place is a joke, slow drive thru, food always incorrect, poor quality and rude employees. And the Manager do not even care enough to make it right when they screw up. Well this was the last time I will spend 20+ minutes in a line to be served sub par food rudely by people who do not care. The other commenter is absolutely correct, there is another mcdonalds 10 minutes away either in canton, or huron st exit off of I-94. Go to one of those places do not waste your money on these people.
They refuse to take orders even though it says that they are open 24 hours. I haven’t eaten in 24 hours and I was working all day until 5am. I explained this to them and they still refused to take my order. I can see that the employee’s car is here. Terrible experience and this is not the first time that this has happened.
