They don't listen. I ask them for some duck sauce for my pickup order and (this has happened many times.) They give me NONEJust a couple soy sauce packets. Maybe they don't understand English well.Also beware their chicken has made me sick more than once. I'm done with them.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 meals, and a side of egg rolls. When I went to go and pay, she said the total was $62. I paid, assuming they may have raised their prices since last time, but then asked to see the receipt. I was charged for a total of 6 meals! I explained the issue and there must have been a miscommunication, but politely asked for a refund for the food. She said that this is what he ordered and there was nothing they can do. I told her I was with him when he ordered and it was just the 2 meals and the eggrolls, there was no way we could eat all this, and that she must have misunderstood. She brushed me off with no explanation, and nothing to resolve the situation. Beware. I will not be returning.

Best Chinese food in Ypsi.
Not only did they get my order wrong and I had to go back; they have horrible food. The only reason it’s getting a 2 star is because of the nice lady that took my order.
Best Chinese Take Out in Ypsi-Arbor area. Tried to find better but can't. Favorites are sweet n sour chicken and Singapore Rice Noodle. Remember to ask for chopsticks and mustard sauce if you want either. Extra charge if you want crunchy noodles for your soup. Rice has the correct bite- cooked well, never mushy.
By far the worst Chinese place I've ever been to in my life will never go there again. My food was overcooked the staff was very rude.
Had egg shells in my egg Foo young. Portion size was a lil week. Just wasn't good.
