Tried it at the jazz fest waited 30 plus mins for some mediocre fries… still actively waiting while typing this just wasted 8 dollars and walked off didn’t even get the fries
Has the potential to be a great restaurant.Atmosphere of the restaurant was quite appealing and inviting.Food on the other hand was Walmart quality ingredients at Whole Food prices.$3 for Folgers coffee is insanityLocal home owned restaurant sticking with local ingredients would complete the ambiance.
Incredible. The atmosphere feels like walking into someone's home and the food is GREAT and the lemonade too!
Favorite weekend breakfast/brunch spot. Great music and food! Sometimes there's guest chefs that bring in amazing selections as well.
The food and service was top notch! I knew it was going to be good food when the chef refuse to service me a waffle that was not up to his high standards! Fellow Lot G!
This will for sure be your next fav breakfast spot! FR! I went there today after seeing a post in the Facebook group, Positively Ypsi, and am glad I did. I got the shrimp & grits and Lot G special. They fried the ham hard like I like, the lemonade is made in house with real fruit and not overly sweet, the snickers cookie was bomb & gooey, the sausage was the BEST. IDK where they source their meat but the bacon, sausage and ham was on point; not overly greasy and flavored just right. I'm definitely a fan and will regularly return! ALSO, not to be forgotten, the price is totally cheap for the quality you get and the going prices in the area. The Lot G Special is a special deal. All that food for $10. Come on! If you're on the run they also provide all the S&P, syrup, utensils (compostable!) butter, etc.Space wise, it's unique and comforting and somewhere rustic. There are separate spaces off from the lobby with comfy chairs and T.V.s; perfect for relaxing and doing a little laptop work or hiding from the kids (not that I would, of course!).Staff was super friendly. Asked me my name! Who even bothers these days. They were offering things to try, explaining how they make things in house and source local, and making general small talk about the area; where I came from, what brought me in, etc. The chat is how I learned the lemonade was made in house by the person selling it. I prefer to support small business and local when possible! I'm loving this new Ypsi joint and beg you to try them out as well! Thanks Lot G for a great breakfast experience!
What a wonderful addition to downtown Ypsilanti! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to try lunch. Please give it a try….you won’t be disappointed.
Great place to eat, the staff are always welcoming along with a nice relaxing atmosphere. The lemonade is the best in town. This is one of the up and coming gems in this area. I definitely recommend this place!
Oh my goodness this is place is a GEM for the Ypsi area. The food here is priced affordable for the area. The staff is very friendly. Each time I've come in I have encountered Tasha. She is very professional and friendly all at the same time. She is knowledgeable about the menu and it's always making suggestions for me to try new things. This company has partnered with other organizations in the Ypsi area and has provided food for those that are in need in our community.Come and grab a bite to eat.******Whatever you do don't leave without getting a few bottles, yes a few bottles of the fresh homemade lemonade******
Went to LOT G today, again… and I still can’t get enough! I love the aesthetic! It’s literally the best breakfast I’ve ever had. I got the egg white vegetarian omelette, French toast, and Breakfast potatoes! All of it was amazing, the vegetarian omelette comes with enough food to last you all day, with all fresh ingredients. Fresh broccoli, peppers, onions etc! Don’t get me started on the homemade lemonade with real fruit and desserts. The staff is super welcoming and it’s always clean! I’ll definitely be a frequent flyer here.
