My family placed an order the other night. We had asked for the plant based pepperoni and verified with the person taking the order 4 separate times that it was for the plant based pepperoni. When we got home with our pizza, it was a plain cheese pizza. So we called and asked and were told you can come swap it out for what you ordered. When we got back to the store, we were FINALLY told “we don’t have the plant based pepperoni anymore” even though it is still advertised on the front counter. We were all very mad and there was no offer to make anything right just a “sorry, live with it”
It' all depends on the cook the last few times it's like they are not taking time to cook it. It's barley cut and not enough sauce..

Pizza not cooked enough. Just barely warm. Bottom was soggy. Just awful. Not wearing a mask, either. I'll never go to this location again.
I love the new manager over here he is always friendly and the staff is nicer as well .my food is always hot and fresh Everytime I have ordered .!! This store has had a full turn around these last few months
Cold food. Ordered an hour ahead and I still ended up waiting 20 minutes past the estimated time. I eventually received an email that my order was ready 10 mintes past the latest estimate so I checked with the guy working at the cashier and he said the crazy bread wasn't ready. Ended up waiting longer. Eventually I got the food and it was cold when he handed it to me. Luckily I can reheat, but still disappointing.
The staff and new manager are always pleasant when I come in and my food is hot I love the new team here !!
