Been going to Coney Island now for the last year and a half, and I'm going to tell you the quality of service and the quality of food has just dropped dramatically in that amount of time my food was lukewarm I ordered the two eggs and half order of sausage and biscuits and my girl had the banana pancakes with a side of scrambled eggs. The portion sizes are super tiny and they charge outrageously for those small portions. I know the place can get pretty busy it still doesn't excuse our waitress for not being attentive to our table I was never offered a refill in my drink and was informed that I would only be allowed one single refill. During these hot hot summer days staying hydrated is important to me. We didn't even get a single refill on any of our drinks we weren't offered it at all. My food being lukewarm was not a deal breaker there was still decently good however when I ordered sausage and biscuits I expect the sausage gravy to be hot. Overall it was a poor experience and I don't think we'll be returning anytime soon.
I always have a good experience at this location. The food is always tasty and comes out quickly. The best part is the waitstaff; they're always friendly and genuinely turn a normal dining experience into a fun one.
I was severely let down and disappointed with their french fries. They were soo so soggy and gross. I feel like they offloaded all their old fries onto me so that a new batch could be started but I payed the price. A shame as the rest of the order was as expected and delivery was spot on perfect. Whatever the reason I dont care I didn't drop 45$ to buy soggy fries yet here I am tired, worn out at the end of the day with two boxes of limp shrivled fries. Root beer was good tho.
Leo's is part of a nice chain Coney islands. Consistent food with a nice Wait staff. Huge amount of items on the menu to choose from.
The Kogel hot dogs remind me of home every time. These coney's were delish and the good snap and chew. I also enjoyed the Greek side salad. The option to have the salad instead of fries, especially when its warm out is great.
The strawberry pancakes I received was literally a soggy pile of pancakes with light strawberry syrup and no actual strawberries (didn’t even contain the frozen chunks that are normally on there) when I tried to politely ask Jennifer A. about it she was extremely rude and stand offish and literally WALKED AWAY in the middle of me asking her a question. Both myself and my friend were completely appalled that she was so rude over a simple question.0/10 do not recommend. Service is completely unacceptable.
Waitress harassed us majority of our visit so she wouldn't have to help the scary guys that sat right behind us. The food was good, but the customers were a little too country for me. Oh, the hostess was really nice too.

Great food at great prices! Seat yourself. Servers are fast and great! Food comes out quickly. Delicious! Clean place and cozy atmosphere. Eat here with my family a lot.
The food was just ok. The service was great. I know everything has to be cleaned and up to code, but if you have Asthma and can't breathe around bleach, I don't recommend. I couldn't breathe by the time we left. Won't be returning.
