Group of 4 from out of town. We all wish we'd have known that this is 100% a left wing business. We did not associate this with their name, but soon realized it only AFTER we had paid and sat down to wait for our food. On the wall, in the dining area, is a huge collage of the most liberal sports stars and celebrities you can imagine (see the Google pics). It became obvious Leftys wishes to wear their political position on their sleeve, but only AFTER you give them your money. The food was not great. The cheesesteak was small, plain, with a very small amount of cheese among the tasteless meat, no onions, no peppers, no mayo. More like ground meat, rather than sliced. Apparently this cheesesteak restaurant has no clue what a cheesesteak actually is. Very expensive for what you get, then to be blindsided by subjective politics makes this experience a no go. Hey Lefty's, put your political statements on the outside of the building, so customers can make an educated decision on where to spend their money, otherwise it's just deception, which actually doesn't surprise me, considering your political affiliation. Zero stars.
I went to Lefty's a few weeks back with my husband. I honestly didn't expect much from sandwich type restaurant but goodness!! It was so good!! We went back a week later for more. According to my husband, the 'grim reaper' was the best sandwich he's had!! The restaurant was new and has very nice ambiance.
Yumm Yumm Yumm oh man one of the best cheesesteaks I have had. In my experience most are dry with little flavor but not here. Full of juice and flavor and the sides to match. Owner is a great person very friendly. Would highly recommend trying this place out may become your favorite
The classic Lefty’s Cheesesteak was very good, but it was $10 just for the basic sandwich, no drink or fries. Would’ve been 4 stars if the price was reasonable.
Very delicious and very comfortable the name says it all lefties your best neighbor. They say they do it right but I believe that no one can do it better. I guarantee it.
Friendly and nice. Good tasting food. Two hands to hold the sandwich. Good value.
Place used to be top notch always. My girls only come to visit a couple times a year and love this place. Just fair warning order through DoorDash or other NOT their website as they will not honor any mistakes if anythings missing. Or offer to have you come pickup the item they forgot...after paying how much in delivery fees, tip, etc the whole point was to NOT have to pickup and now the expectation is for the customer to come in instead of simply refunding. Also how do you expect the doordash driver to verify the contents when the bag is sealed, which I prefer just don't blame the driver because you clearly forgot any item.
Absolutely Amazing food!Shady business dealings, worked combined 7 "training" hours with no mention of compensation, and ghosted me after the third day.Yes I made mistakes, every one does.Do better.
I went to Lefty’s for the first time today and when I say the customer service AND food was great!! I had a great experience and will be back!! Great job guys! I ordered the Buffalo Ranch Fries btw; Delicious. ☺️
I ordered chili cheese fries through the door dash app. My receipt that was stapled to the bag even said chili cheese fries but all I got was plain fries. And my dasher apparently also ordered something and got the wrong thing that was gross too.
