I used to order from this same Jimmy John's at least twice a week before the store shut down. The people there were very nice and always delivered on time and with a friendly demeanor. I just tried to order through a delivery app and was called and rudely told they didn't have any drivers and they were cancelling my order. I told him I ordered through the delivery company and that they would pick it up but was told no and that my order would be cancelled. When I called back I was hung up on but not before that person started raising his voice at me and was yelling. I called back and asked to speak with the manager above him got hung up on again. The new crew they have are very rude and disrespectful to customers and if I ever want their sandwiches again it will NOT be ordered from this store!
Ordered through doordash, got a call saying they had no delivery drivers and that I could come pick it up. Got charged again for that, and I was told to contact doordash to void the order. Doordash told me to contact the store. Wonderful
Don’t bother with delivery. I live 10 minutes away and they won’t even deliver here. And their hours are awful. I don’t understand how they’re in business
A few weeks ago I ordered delivery online. Took over an hour and I got the wrong drink. Then I placed an online order this evening. Thankfully I didn’t pay with my card because they were closed. Online their hours are wrong. Tried to go once a week ago and website said open, but nope. New to the area and was a frequent Jimmy Johns customer at my previous local spots so seriously sad that I don’t have a good one in walking distance now. ☹️Not going to waste my time ordering from here again. Too many other options right in the area to get disappointed by this place again.
The hours listed on their website are not accurate! We were able to place an online order for pickup at 6:30pm and when we arrived 15 minutes later they were closed. I have no idea why we were able to place an order when the restaurant was closed. Beware before ordering online!
All the staff walked out for 2 hours, about 20 minutes after I had entered my order. It was a bummer

Before this location temporarily shut down I had no issues with this jimmy John's. I can say the same now that it's opened back up again. Sandwiches were good and fresh, everything was on them correctly. Same with the drink and sides. The only thing that happened was we got confirmation that the order was ready after we picked up the order already. I hope that the negative reviews were just due to staffing issues, it seems like they are starting back up strong.
Went there to redeem my free sandwich. Ordered online, got there and it was closed. It said it was open on apple & google maps, and it allowed me to order on the site. Still need to get my money back.
I’ve been ordering from here frequently due to being sick and they are absolutely amazing! Every order has been consistent on every level; quality and quickness. They also went above and beyond with my past order. I’d definitely give more than 5 stars! Again, absolutely amazing! It’s one of the few foods I can keep down. Plus the delivery is safe for my leukopenia with no contact. Above and beyond !!
