White chocklet macadamia nut is the best Cookie I ever had. It is a must try thing in this store
snickerdoodle cookie is disappointing but decent. triple chocolate chunk is good. deluxe confetti and deluxe caramel cookies are very good. the chocolate chips in them were melted and warm. no wait time.
I love this place. I’m not tryna have a 3-dollar cookie delivered to my house, so no complaints about customer service or whatever here. Since starting to eat Insomnia cookies, my abs have become more defined and my wife says I seem more confident. I received a promotion at work and have only been called “cookie-breath” once by some unkind woman on the bus. 11/10 would recommend.
No issues with the product, they do a great job with that. However, their customer service skills needs a lot of work. My order was not delivered due to not having written the correct phone number (which admittedly was an issue on their part) but ok, fine. No biggie. Also the woman that answered the phone said she put the over cream back in the cooler so it won't melt and she said they would send my order out again. It took them over two hours to deliver one ice cream and two cookies and of course the ice cream was totally melted. The issue I have is that they did NOT apologize for their mistake and delay. If I hadn't called them to ask my order would have never been delivered and nobody even bothered to check the door dash app to give me a call. I understand you're busy and short staffed but please don't accept door dash orders if you can't use the app accordingly or have or delivered in time. Wish I had a picture to show..
Incorrect hours listed on google.I get that times change for certain seasons, but updating google would help.Although there is a sign on the door, I do not live close to this location at all and drove very far just to arrive before midnight to find the store closed.The sign on the door stated they close at midnight.. but they were closed way before.And there were many people after me that walked up looking just as confused as I did to find them closed.
Warm, soft, and tasty cookies. We stopped in for dessert after having dinner out in the area. Prices were reasonable and would recommend trying out if you like fresh cookies.
No, out of everything and Ice cream is questionably soft. Cookies could break a window. Although extremely friendly staff and accommodating.
Bad customer service-went to pick up my order placed an hour earlier, clerk told someone in front of me the vegan ones were awful (that I was getting lol), and then told me there was no order in my name when I had a confirmation. Staff were sitting on back counters and asking each other who was supposed to be making orders after they saw my receipt on the wall. Good cookies, laughable service.
I’m convinced that a warm cookie from Insomnia could possibly cure COVID. The best cookies that DONT come out of my own oven (better than moms, sorry mom..)
A few weeks ago I stopped at insomnia cookies at around 1am. On the drive home my car made a loud "boom" sound and started smoking. I had to quickly pull off to the side of the road. I literally thought my car was going to explode, I got out of the car and booked it. The only thing I ran back for was my box of Insomnia Cookies. I risked my life for these cookies so when I say these are the best cookies I've ever eaten, I'm not lying.
