Honestly I think some of the people that leave reviews for this place have never worked in the fast food business and don't give the employees enough credit. I order online everytime cause it's less stressful for this location because they are so busy. Their quote times are high but they actually get the pizza to you sooner than quoted unless they only have one driver. Everytime I get my order it's correct, the drivers are super careful in handling the food, especially when I have to grab it with dogs at my heels. In a pinch this place is great. I can say the only time something was wrong is when they gave me the wrong soda but they told me they were out of the one I requested so I'm glad they communicated.
They made my pizza incorrectly. And the only thing that they were willing to do is remake it and not to give me any kind of compensation for having to drive all the way backup to get the remade pizza! With gas prices being over $4.00, the least they could have done was give me a free drink!
I ordered from here tonight and every single time I order the person on the phone has got my order wrong and its getting ridiculous, then they say they have something when they clearly don't sell that. I love hungry Howies but will be calling corporate.
Ordered a meat pizza and a chicken bacon ranch calzone. (They call it a sub, but let's be straight that's a calzone) The calzone was GREAT loved it. As for the pizza, have you ever eaten something that takes you back? Just that good warm hearted nostalgia feeling? That is their pizza. Taking you back to a lunch room/cafeteria full of frozen pizza. VERY bland. Ordered it with ranch crust and there were major hints of cinnamon? Whoever's idea that was deserves jail time.I grew up a few blocks away from this place and remember the pizza being spectacular. Warm fluffy crust and loaded with toppings.10/10 would recommend, going across the street to little Caesars, better pizza 1/3 the price
Pizza was burnt, was offered a remake if I bring the pizza back. It's the inconvenience of going back especially when your going to throw the pizza away, For Me!
I place my order on the phone got there they couldn't find my order come to find out the guy answered the phone didn't take my order ask to speak too the manager about my order he told me I had to re order and he can't do anything to help me cause he was busy with 40 order I told him I waited for a hour just for yall too tell me yall can't find my order and there's nothing u can do about it but just take a new order no sir u have a good day I will not be ordering from here again u just loss a good customer enjoy the rest of your day sir
Ordered half cheese/half pep gluten-free pizza and a small 2 topping pizza. Got a small and a large regular pizza. They took back the correct small pizza and the large pizza. Had to wait about 20 minutes to make another gf pizza. When I picked it up, they one gave back the gf and small pizza they were keeping warm. I'm surprised they didn't just give us the incorrect pizza I opened. I'm sure it just went in the trash.. .or they ate it. What happened to good customer service. A good manager would have just let us keep it for the inconvenience and their error.
Best pizza I’ve had in a long time! It was super hot and fresh and delivered in 25 minutes! Definitely got a repeat customer here!
Just got this pizza today first time I ever order from here. And waited 45min and gave 30 dollars which included the tip. We called them they said they fix it but it take another 45min so we wanted our money back and then they said are you gonna take the tip money too and I said yeah because that's not right and then they came and said I don't see what the problem is well here is the issue
No sign or acknowledgment that they stop taking orders at 8:30. No one would pickup the phone either
