I ordered the garlic puree burger. I had it about a year ago several times. The name said it all, it was pureed garlic. Well I just ordered one, and there was absolutely no garlic taste at all. So I called, they remade the burger with more sauce on it, but it is not the garlic puree at all. I literally don't see any garlic, I guess you might call it a garlic aoli now, but it just tastes like mayo (or maybe it's yogurt based?), with pretty much no garlic flavor at all. Not what I paid for.
good food, but they have gotten my order wrong the past two times. Will I go back? yes! but I won't bother ordering a special bun.
I would have rather sent an email, but there is no option. I was very disappointed. I went to Got Burger to recommend it to a friend, I'd had previous positive experience. We went on 5/14/22 to order lunch. The fries were cooked in old grease, you could tate it. They were burnt, patties were burnt. It was not the quiality I'd had previously, and not a quality I'd recommend. I was so embarrassed. I recommended this place, and this is what we got. Vurnt food cooked in old grease. I tried calling, no response. I went to website to leave comments, no option. I am unsure if staff has changed or what the issue is. I will not recommend Got Burger again. The quality let me down.
Only complaint I have, I asked for cabin fries extra super crispy... They're still soft. ?Great food, decent prices, open late!
Trash service. We ordered two burgers and only received one. They also have a nice habit for keeping you on hold for 10+ minutes. Again, trash service.P.S. Don’t order the chili cheese fries. They’re so artificial and I’m pretty sure they just plopped a can of cheap nacho cheese onto the fries and called it a night.
Nice to be charged for nearly every single item added to my sandwich, only to have the pathetically small, barely-2oz piece of meat be missing most of them. And delivered cold. Terrible, expensive and absolutely not worth the price. Choose elsewhere, you're not going to get anything but disappointment here.
the "burgers" were literally a patty cut in half. so half the burger was straight bread. they DROWNED my burger is mustard and it was so gross, i couldn't even eat it. fries were soggy & overall lacked flavor. first and last time i'll be visiting. customer service was fine, straight to the point on the phone and in person but nothing that stands out, good or bad.
My burger was very dry! If it wasn’t for the condiments, I would’ve given it one star! Not the worst burger spot but definitely ain’t the best. Put a little more love in it, please and thank you!
This place has either lost its touch or the ownership must have changed. I use to come here alot. Was one of the best burger place in town This place is 25 mins away from my house . It's use to be worth the trip!!! But now I will never come back!!!! Today I ordered an got buger with the halal bacon to go. Picked up the food and drove back home and there was no meat but full with bacon only!!! I called them and the guys said he seen the meat in the burger before he put it in the box.. This place is pathetic!!! Would not recommend it to anyone anymore!!!! This place is a DISGRACE to the burger restaurant WORLD!!!!!
Had this for the first time last week and it is one of the best burgers I have ever had. On top of that, it’s a really good price. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
