I wish I could give 0 stars. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and they were completely sold out of donuts, like donuts is in your name??? They also were out of all of the refreshers except the peach one.
I don't appreciate being lied to. This isn't the only part of my bad experience, but it was the part that caused me to leave this review.Story Time: I pull up to the speaker at the drive through and order an everything bagel, toasted, with avocado spread. After a few minutes of silence the employee responds back with "I'm sorry we can't do that our toaster is down". I responded back with, "That's fine not toasted then." After another delay the employee responds, "We don't do that here." I have placed this order at other locations and have been charged for the bagel and charged separately for the avocado. I didn't want to be difficult and take up anymore time in the drive through so I asked, "Can I just get an everything bagel then?" The employee then questioned "Would you like that toasted?"Just infuriating and a total waste of everyone's time! Don't lie to customers please.
Worst place ever. Don’t ever come here. The customer service sucks and the coffee is worse. If you value coffee and taste, go elsewhere. Just terrible experience overall.
I waited in line for 5 minutes and they served somebody that came in after me They are extremely rude on top of that they are racist and gave me old coffee and I asked if I can get fresh coffee the front counter cashier was rude and said something under her breath so I won’t be coming back y’all really lost a customer I’ll recommend Tim Hortons or Starbucks
Visited this Dunkin’ Donuts while waiting for a client. The restaurant is surprisingly spacious a great place for quick meetings when you want to get documents or contract signed. The store appears clean but the tables are not as clean as one would hope especially to put documents on them you might get some coffee stains or some sugar stains on your document.Upon entry of the employees were all standing around but before I came in, I noticed a long line in the drive-through??♀️?I ordered a small coffee and there was a discussion if I wanted it “H.O.T” I suppose because when other customers order “coffee” they (the customer) expect just that It should be cold is what the employee explained.Their customer service skills could be improved I’ve noticed while sitting there’s always a confrontational argument or discussion about the customers order. I suppose at this location to customer is never right?? 3 stars because the restaurant was clean( except for some tables), and the coffee was hot when I got it and the service was fast (after the long discussion of hot or cold)
I wish I could give zero stars, they gave my husband a plain donut Disguised as a chocolate frosted donut. They should be ashamed of themselves. Smh never coming back
For the first time in a couple of years, I had the best donuts here ever! They actually had cream in them and they were delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful. The best experience I've had at this Dunkin Donuts ever!
Out of an item so often, why do you even bother having it on the menu? Sigh, but sure.Ordered an item and turns out the way they make it is pretty gross? Okay, I'll live.Order an item and get something completely different? This is getting ridiculous.Listening to them scream at my Door dash driver as he politely asks for a replacement for an item that's out? Like screaming that would have me fired if I did it at my job, over nothing? Yeah, last time I'm ordering there. That's unforgivable in the first place, but on top of everything else, I'm honestly shocked and horrified and will never be ordering from here again.
Avoid this location. What I was served today was atrocious. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a large coffee. I don't know if it's policy to not put cream cheese on the bagel. But if you are going to give me cream cheese separate you can at least give me a knife to spread the cream cheese. As for the coffee. It was the worst coffee I have ever drank in my life. When I poured it out it did not even resemble coffee it looked more like Apple cider.
The employee at the window simply didn’t have proper knowledge of the menu. On December 18th, when we asked about the holiday menu, she insisted that it “wasn’t in season.” The only seasonal drink she offered was a pumpkin spice latte. I find it very hard to believe that in mid-December this was the case - especially since the drinks were advertised in the windows of the store and the drive-thru menu itself…
