Customer service was excellent! Everyone was nice, helpful and accommodating. I have never tried there food it was okay ice cream was the best!
I ordered chicken strips and fries with the white gravy. The gravy was a cup of milk. Went back up there and took the food back they didn’t even remake they just grabbed it and threw my full meal in the trash. Didn’t refund me or give new food. They gave me a coupon for $ 2.00 off a blizzard soo rude
I had never had a hamburger at DQ before I was not fond of the flavor or the meat at all I only took 3 small bits and threw the rest away! I have always been happy with the chicken
I normally love going to Dairy Queen but lately I’ve came in during the shift of this big guy who’s constantly calling things the r-words. It really leaves a bad taste in my mouth every time I hear it and he makes me not want to go to this location again
First, this location has pretty good burgers at a better deal than some other burger-centric spots we have went to recently.But I'm writing to give praise to the 'big, muscle guy' who I now will be calling Super Dave every time I stop in.I had an issue with my car after I picked up a mobile order, and he very generously came out to help me figure out what was keeping my car from turning over, all while in a storm. The guy is a real hero, and I can't thank him enough. Food is great, but genuinely great people make this a must-stop location.
The food sucked here. The soda was mixed well and the fries were fresh and delicious, but the bun on the burger was tough to the bite, the hot dogs were both overcooked, and the sundae looked and tasted like a melted marshmallow rather than a true soft-serve sundae. Won’t be returning—the sundaes and hot dogs in Saline are both far better than here, even though they don’t have the full menu I prefer.
25 minutes waiting just for a blizzard and soft serve cone, u can keep the money ill take my busness somewhere else, not to mention they served everyone but my online order

Sunday lunch. Burgers are made fresh, and fries were nice and hot. Cashier was super welcoming. I think his name is Dave, according to the receipt. Thank you to the whole team!
