I don't know who wrote these reviews. Maybe it has gone downhill or maybe it's new owners, but this was the worst middle eastern food we've ever had. We ordered the chicken shawarma wrap. It looked almost as awful as it tasted. We took a few bites then wrapped it up, threw it in the garbage and left. From there I went to Kroger and bought some ice cream to get the awful taste out of our mouths. I'm serious, it was awful. We may have to go get a good one at our usual place, just to get the memory of it out of our minds.

The first time ordered from here and I was pretty embarrassed in front of my American family. The Koobideh was nothing even close to an average Koobideh.I got the combo which they told me on the phone there would be 2 skewers of koobideh kabob, 2 chicken kabob, and a shish beef kabob! As you see there is a total of 4 skewers and not 5!I also ordered a large Kashko Bademjan which was in a small container and a small portion! That wasn’t even enough for one person!I was charged almost $70 for this which is not worth it.Low quality!

If you're in a hurry, this place might be worth your while, but my husband and I called this "diet Arabic food," because it just didn't have the flavor that you expect. The hummus didn't seem to have any garlic or lemon, the plain rice would, which we incorrectly assume would be a rice pilaf like most Mediterranean restaurants, was just plain rice with some saffron poured over, so our mistake on that. The shawarma sandwiches were not bad, but ours actually didn't have any garlic sauce on them so that was disappointing. We are die-hard Mediterranean food fans, unfortunately, this is not a place we will revisit.

Excellent food and friendly service. My favorite Mediterranean restaurant in Ypsilanti.

Just received my $80 order and the bread was HARD AS A ROCK. They give you an itty bitty cup of hummus. Not at all worth the money. The food was dry and lackluster.

I used to go out to the place in Farmington on 12 Mile I don't know if you guys remember it but they had delicious Mediterranean cuisine so I go inside of this place one day and Ypsilanti next to the gym and lo and behold the cook from this like four star restaurant in Farmington is working in this little shop so I ordered the food oh my God amazing it just reminded me of that day so he brought all his recipe to this little tiny shop and the chicken is grilled you don't have to order to shawarma you can order a different chicken breast if you don't like the grill of the stronger or you can order a delicious salad great place.

It was very good food. It seemed the restaurant does more delivery than fine in but they did their best. The food was alot. We had one ghorme sabzi for two people and still was left over. The yogurt was really good. And I loved their salad

First and last time ordering here. My order was over $60 and the food was terrible, you can choke on the partially yellow rice it was that dry. Then to top it off they forgot a order.

Very delicious Mediterranean food and resale price. Go visit.
