I paid for something that I didn't order but they were extremely busy and only 2 people working , so she couldn't answer the phone when I called but with gas prices I really didn't want to go back but I went back the next day when it wasn't as busy and they fix my order . Thanks
I go to a LOT of Burger Kings, & this location is by far the BEST in the entire area. They are quick, friendly, & in the hundreds of times I've gone thru their drive thru, they have never messed up my order (I believe they are the ONLY Burger King in Metro Detroit that can make that claim). I have literally never had a single complaint at this location in all the time I've been coming here (it's on my way home from work, so I stop here a LOT).
I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a cheesy sausage breakfast melt which is supposed to come on toasted bread and it came in plain white I toasted bread…yuck!
It was actually hot for once but the lettuce, what little bit there even is is absolutely disgusting and should’ve never been served to a customer! In all my life of serving food I’ve never handed someone something like this expecting them to happily eat it smh so disappointed
Check your bags at drive threw because when they mess up your order when you come back they don't want to fix it. Some the workers nice but they need to stop putting a bunch of salt on there food all these places need to stop lying they close like at 9 or 10 am they are not open late
The onion rings tasted like rubber?they really need to be aware that ppl are eating they burgers an fries an at least make it Taste good?I'm not to happy with y'all..Do Better!!
Absolutely lazy cooks. They are mad that they have to COOK... go get a different job if you don't want to do your job properly. Oh wait.. you work at burger king, you can't. LOL. bums
My husband and I were waiting patiently for over 4 minutes to order at the drive thru at 1073 E. Michigan Ave., Ypsilanti, MI 48198. Our 11-month-old son was getting restless and started to fuss in the backseat. Rather than taking our order, the worker literally screamed through the microphone at us, mocking our child. This happened not once, but twice. When she finally came back and said she could take our order, my husband asked, "Was someone screaming at us through the microphone?" She replied with, "Yes, that's what we heard." So thank you, Burger King, for mocking an 11-month-old child. Very mature. Needless to say, we drove off without ordering. I understand it's a fast food place, but there is a level of professionalism expected when working with the general public, and literally screaming at your customers and mocking a baby is not it. These workers should be ashamed of themselves.
Was there an hour before close and staff was super friendly, food was extremely hot and fresh. This was on 3/26 about 1am. Keep up the hard work BK team, you're doing great.
I pulled up to the box just before 730pm last night. The voice asked what I wanted. As soon as I said, "A Whopper," the voice rudely injected, "Will there be anything else? I finished my original sentence with combo. The voice asked "medium with a Coke"? I said, "With a Dr. Pepper, please. " Again, the voice pushed for closure, "will that be all", as I was asking my daughter and granddaughter what they wanted. I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal with mayo, pickle, and lettuce, and the voice replied, "A plain cheesburger?".Without walking you through the test of the painful ordering process, we were forced to endure, we pulled up to the first window to pay. We were greeted by a woman who acted like she was Jonesing for a hit on the crack pipe. After we completely restated our order, which was nothing like we had placed, and the woman treating me as if it was our fault, we settled up and moved ahead to pick up our food.We got home, 3 miles away, and everything was cold, like it had been sitting out for a while. My daughter pulled out her mozzarella sticks, and there was only half an order of them.I highly recommend not going there, at least during the night shift as you will be treated horribly and the food will likely be bacteria ridden from sitting around so long. There are many better options out there.
