I was kind of leery going back to Buffalo Wild Wings because they have a horrible habit of overcooking their chicken. But i'm glad I listened to my sister. Everything was cooked perfectly and was saucy, just how I like them. Our order came out quicker than I expected. This location won me back, maybe. The server was very nice also.
Burgers are delicious, as is the buffalo wrap, and wings are fantastic as always. My order was ready when it was expected to be and the staff were attentive to helping me as soon as I walked up to the counter.
My friend and I decided to come to this establishment. Our waitress was cait (im sorry if I have her name wrong). She was so patient with my friends indecisiveness and she got cold they turned the air conditioning down which is first class. Even with the sauce being to hot for my friend they replaced the order. I was so amazed that I had to give a great review. Thank you
No waiting for us 8 pm on a Saturday night, Not really busy some open tables. We were shown a table told our server was trying to catch up and would be right with us, ok we aren't in a rush (didnt say that) but we weren't. Lady took our drink order brought our drinks then the server showed up, my husband went to use the restroom so I placed an order for the nachos took about 20 minutes for them to show up and Not worth it chips were stale and little toppings didnt complain 25 minutes later the food showed up by another person at that time we already had 2 refills of our drink I got the mac and cheese nothing special and chicken wings I asked for ranch and napkins never got the ranch and napkins came when we were ready to go. I've had better wings from them. We normally go to the canton location. After all the waiting and food was subpar we were ready to go, so waited to get a glimpse of our server had to stand to get her attention asked for the check and to go boxes 4 she came back 10 mins later with the check and 3 boxes ugh! A immediately handed her the payment who knows how long it would have been to see her again another 5 minutes she came back with a receipt and we practically ran out of there. Maybe it was a fluke that night or something, but I do believe if we go again it will be to the one in canton.
Always check your food from here. 3rd time in a row we are missing half our order. Keep up the good work checking orders JP...
It’s hit or miss here, you either get great service or the server is overwhelmed. My husband and I came last Friday our most recent visit. We always get a 20 piece traditional and a large potato wedge to split, my son ordered a kids Mac and cheese with potato wedges. The 20 piece was actually only 19 pieces but that was addressed by one of the waitresses who saw me splitting our plate and noticed my husbands face lol it wasn’t a big deal but she addressed it. My son received regular fries and we never received our large potato wedges. Our chicken wings were over cooked and had very little sauce. Our waitress was to busy to return to our table so we didn’t get refills and she didn’t know we didn’t get our potato wedges and my son didn’t get his until we were ready to go. No big deal, the bill had to be adjusted a few times because of the wedges and the waitress charged my son for a large drink instead of a kids drink. Again no big deal. We understand the staffing issue that’s plagued the service industry so we try not to complain to much. My biggest issue about our most recent visit was the music was way to loud, it was 5pm on a Friday night so it wasn’t “nightlife” yet and we couldn’t even hear ourselves think, we couldn’t talk to each other because when we did we had to basically yell at each other lol. We definitely said something about the music and so did several other tables around us but nothing changed. I left with a massive migraine because it was just way to much. Usually the noise is more controlled and the service is decent. Maybe consider turning the music down till after dinner rush so that the families who enjoy coming can actually enjoy the visit.
Group of friends and I came in and was seated quite quickly. Timing for ordering and when things arrive at the table was staggered. When food came out may have sat in the kitchen longer than it needed...but tasted okay.
Bailey was a great server and very sweet person. She was very attentive and noticed a problem with our order before we even did and got it fixed right away! Will be asking for her from now on!

WORST BWW EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD !!!! Waitress barley paid mind to us , it took nearly an hour to get my food . I only ordered 6 wings . They say they lost the ticket , i let it slide it’s been a long day whatever. call over the Manager , he comes and i tell what happened and he goes “yeah that’s why i’m here” with a weird attitude? i get its busy bro but relax. he then says he’ll give me and the person i was with $15 off our order . I’m happy. Waitress gives us the bill nothing was deducted. Tell her after another few minutes of waiting and she comes back and gives ME 5 $ off and my friend $10 and said yeah we tried to make it even ???? my friend ordered 20 WINGS.
