As someone who worked in food service for a very very long time, I have a high tolerance for mistakes and less than excellent restaurant service. Especially because it was obvious that the girl serving us was new to the job. But this was exceptionally bad. Lots of mistakes and zero effort or motivation to make things right. Food was fine, same as other Aubree's locations I've been to.
My husband and I along with our friend ate at Aubree's for Memorial Day. It was a great experience. Our friend's first time and my second time. I had the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. It was a perfect temperature, not too hot, but spicy. The sweet potato fries were crispy and cooked perfectly, didn't even need ketchup. The onion didn't fall out of the onion rings when bitten into . My husband had the potroast patty melt. It was flavorful, moist, perfectly seasoned. The service was excellent for us and those around us. Definitely 5 stars again and again. We will be back!!!!!!
have lived in town for eight years now and my experience with Aubree's has been consistent during that whole time: great pizza, terrible customer service. i was just in this evening hoping i could place a takeout order. the bar was totally full, and the bartender wouldn't make eye contact with anyone not sitting at the bar, so i couldn't place an order there. i asked the hostess if i could place a takeout order with her and she just pointed at the bar and mumbled something, then walked away. i left without spending any money, because no one acted like they wanted it.it's hard to explain to people why Aubree's is my favorite pizza in town, but i don't order pizza from them, even though they're only a few blocks away. but the couple times a year i try to give them business, i am reminded.
Skylar was our waitress and honestly she was the best part of the experience. So professional and was so cool under our pressure of a huge group. Shes the best waitress I ever had in my life.
Typical mediocre American food. Had a burger and salad. They put sweet pickles in the burger (gross). The salad was stale (probably out of some plastic package) and the house salad dressing was so full of sugar that I couldn't even eat it. Terrible food for my first experience there.
Went here to pick up a order. The brunette bartender is rude. Won't grab any orders from here ever. 4/23 7:55 p.m. i dunno what people's issues are maybe you should talk to management if bartending and getting orders together is too much? Oh well.
We were there for a fundraiser, and I don't feel that they properly staffed for it. We waited for someone to greet us, about 15 minutes later our server stopped by. She was very apologtic, but you could see that she and the other server working the party were overwhelmed. The staff who were handling to-gos, we're right there, but didn't bother to help until a few customers said something. Again this was a special situation so it was specific to it.
The BLT pizza is no longer an item you can order. That is the reason only 3 stars. Our waitress was good and attentive. The venue was popular and great drinks were served to us. The light fixtures coming down the stairs could use some dusting but our booths and tables were spotless.
I'm extremely disappointed in my visit today. It's 2 pm. there's just a handful of folks in here. And they refuse to do anything to cater to my family in any way. They've got the music blaring and won't turn it down at all, the music is not censored, cuss words really loud. Who's choosing the music? This is horrible. Is this not a safe welcoming place to bring the family during the day anymore? Do you now only cater to the loud, drunk, evening crowd at all times? This is horrible Sandee. I'm sad and embarrassed for bringing family here.
First time visiting Aubree's. I stayed awhile after my guess left watching the lions pull off a win. I was taking care of very well. Home feel to this place. Thanks for having me! Five stars!
