I went through the drive-thru and right when we got to the speaker the order taker "Jasmyne" as it says on my receipt was very rude and impolite the entire order she would say "anything else" when we haven't even finished what we wanted in our meals! She was super impolite by the time I got to the window I was really disappointed but still had hope for my food. I got to the window and it was the same lady! She was super rude handing out everything she was basically slamming it into our hands, I politely asked for some sauce before she handed them out and she said they're in the bag so I trusted her and drove off realizing I had no sauce no straws no napkins and no spoons or anything, all my food was cold and my shake had to wait till I got home so I could drink it so it was half melted!!! I'm really unsatisfied with my purchases here and I hope you guys can train your staff better so nobody else had to go through what I had to when I spent nearly $60 to feed my family. Such a big waste of money!!
Worst Arby’s location. They gave me dry and tiny chicken tenders and they refused to even replace them . Terrible service and management .
After my order getting messed io I drove all the way back and Timothy the manager helped make everything good, getting my meal taken care of and being very helpful and respectful aswell. Definitely recommend!
Always super fast at the drive through. Food made fresh for every order. If getting delivery from here they do fold over and secure your food so no tampering!
Roommate and I got food poisoning after both eating fries with a cup of cheese on the side. Terrible experience, have had other sketchy experiences with this location, but this solidifies that I will NEVER come back and the health department should shut this place DOWN.
This Arby's was very good. Everything was hot and fresh and was put together the way it is supposed to be. I asked for condiments and was given enough for my food, and napkins, too! This might sound like very basic stuff, but lately we haven't been getting our money's worth at many fast food restaurants.
I can't even lie. I've been going to this Arby's since I was a kid, so I might be biased. However, I can't think of a single time I've had a negative experience with them.
So I ordered a French dip, but they didn’t give me the sauce to dip ?? however I asked for a small bag with a lot of arbys sauce and they hooked me up and the food was still slap so ima give 5 stars because well, arbys.
Somehow has better gyros than Olga's! Love the curly fries and jamocha shakes too!
Jasmine was Great- she made sure my order was ready at 5:30 as I requested. The store was very busy, however the staff worked together and orders were flying out.Everything tasted Great!
