The food was great and we always bring the family. We were sat in the lower landing at a table near the bar. As I said the food was fantastically cooked. I had the neighborhood nachos, my girl the broccoli and penne. My brother in law the strawberry salad and my father in law the surf and turf skillet. Our waitress must've been having a bad night or didn't like serving us. She ignored our table most of the night. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes normally to get a refill. Usually I'm served a refill before my first glass had finished. And we had to wait longer to get our check to leave. We were not asked for a dessert option or if anything else she could do for us. I was very unsatisfied with the service and commend the host for seeing to our needs. We will go again but we are gonna ask for the comedian male waiter. He always makes our nights special and unique.
We only get carryout. The orders are ready at the time specified. The employees who bring them to the car are friendly. We have been lucky that they have always been correct. The food is good and fresh. We order every 3 days usually and tip on the high end. When there was an issue, I've called the manager and found him to be helpful. However, tonight I was NOT HAPPY WITH THE ORDER. We got quite a few side salads and they were less than 1/2 of what they have been before! We ordered a club sandwich. It looked great, but upon checking inside, there was 1 thin piece of turkey and 1 thin piece of ham. Thesandwich was mostly shredded lettuce and a slice of tomato. It came with fries, which we don't want, and didn't want to substitute for something else. We won't order that sandwich again. Prices have gone up. If you order dinner, it only comes with 1 side , no salad or bread. Applebee's has never had rolls or bread on the tables. That is disappointing. Serving sizes are small for the price. We like the quickness of ordering on the app.
Eaten food in the Neighborhood awesome food great service and fair prices. Food came out hot and within reasonable time. Would highly recommend love how the keep the core of the menu but give it a little flair every so often.
The floors and tables are filthy. I had to all them to clean out table. They said we didn’t need a kids u for the child that was with us and she can eat like a big girl. Steak and chicken both undercooked and prepared wrong. They took them to the back and threw them back on the grill. Guess what. Still cooked wrong. Staff was rude when I complained about y meal. If you can go somewhere else to eat I suggest you do!!!
Ordered a burger, came out cold and extremely over cooked. The “top shelf” drinks most likely had no booze in them and the service stunk.
Although the workers were all nice and the food was pretty good, the service was very slow. The time between ordering and getting my food wasn't THAT bad (although it was a pretty long time) but I waited almost 20 minutes to even be greeted by a server. If he would have acknowledged that I was there, it wouldn't have been a problem considering I know how hard food service is but I genuinely sat there wondering if they had forgotten I was there. After I got my food, the server didn't show up until I asked for the check, which was another 30-45 minutes or so. No check-ins or anything and I didn't order desert because I knew it would have taken a long time.
Really good food, good prices, fast and fresh!!!! I come here atleast 6-7 times per month and have nothing to complain about. I love the chicken fajita rollup, with a house salad. My wife gets the Quesadilla burger with fries and a side of their awesome honey bbq boneless wings!!! Kids get the chicken tenders, pizza and corndog of which all is good. As for appetizer the combo platter is fantastic and a must try!!! Only on thing I wish they had was a Diet or Zero version of their applebees exclusive MountainDew Bash!!
Friend and I stopped for dinner. Would love food at this location be the same as food at other locations. I ordered something that would be garlic free, wrong they have a sauce with garlic hidden in the prime rib sandwich...already had some in me before I knew it...had it six weeks ago in Monroe, nothing but meat, cheese and sauteed onions. Wish I would have known before I ate it.
My Daughter & I enjoyed their 2 for specials. Our salads were fresh, grilled chicken was ? mashed ? potatoes ? were excellent.
We had a wonderful experience. The wait was only about 15 minutes and our food and drinks tasted great. Server was friendly.
