So slow! I have a hour lunch and I spend about 30mins just waiting in line and getting my food. It used to be very fast. What happened? I do go as often as I used to because of the amount of time it takes.
I worked and managed as a teen. IMO nobody uses manners anymore. No pleases or thank yous. Still go, but limit to the locations that I go to that do well.
Never get the food right. Thank god they have the strawberry frosty.. So good
This used to be a good one. As of late it is been rather poor. Very slow drive-thru and mediocre service.- window attendant taking about personal things as opposed to addressing the customer.- ordered 4 frosty, had to ask for cup holder, had to ask for straws and staff seemed confused about who was doing what. No napkins- 2:30 in the afternoon we are the 4th car. Took 20min.
My intention with this review is not to describe the food (it's Wendy's so you should know what it's like). I do, however, recommend this particular Wendy's location. I've visited multiple times over the last year, and it hasn't mattered what time my visit has been, every visit I've been greeted by cheerful and helpful staff, and the order was always fast, no matter the size of the line, either dine-in or drive-thru. Whoever manages this location along with the staff who work here care about what they are doing, know how to do it well, and love doing it! I will continue coming here. The only complaint I could cone up with is how tight the drive-thru lane is. Forget trying with anything larger than a standard pick-up!
Best dollar breakfast offer in town, crispy bacon egg and cheese on a baking powder biscuit ?Or sausage if u prefer.Drive thru excellent service in timely manner.
The two girls working the drive thru in the morning today were very rude... First when I ordered my maple bacon chicken croissant I had to repeat it three times and not because the intercom wasn't working, works just fine...secondly one of them kept talking to a customer ahead of me probably their friend or something because then they reached out the window and hugged them in their car and continued talking to them for about 3 or 4 minutes as I waited... Then when I asked for a barbecue sauce for my over $4 bacon chicken croissant sandwich they mumbled to each other with the drive-thru window open how " this guy know the sandwich already has a sauce on it, and if this was Burger King he'd be paying for bbq sauce, he know, he know what he doing asking for sauce after he done paid, yep he sure does"... Probably best to keep your comments to yourself or at least not let the customer hear them and stop "smoking" whatever it is you're smoking in the morning..! And when I politely ask for a barbecue sauce just do what you're asked and give me a barbecue sauce... And then tell me to have a great day and I will say..you too! Thank you so much !
Dining room was closed again, per some regulation, I didn't read all of the notice on the door. And for some reason the hamberger was not up to Wendy's usual taste, it was rather bland, but it could have just been me.
My ten-year-old son got the four for four, it is what it is. I got the new hot honey chicken sandwich, not that great, seems pretty slap together. and it was definitely not a $7 chicken sandwich.
Good food, separate bags for each meal, and Frostys are awesome! Can have a wait when understaffed, but not too bad. Still our go-to Wendy's.
