There is a man named Klear who took my order today and he made my entire day. I told him I wasn't having a good day and he heard me out and talked me through it. This act of kindness was imo way above the call of duty for our fast food workers. Thank you Klear, you are the reason I'll be coming back ?? 10/10 nicest workers here
I mean it's Wendy's what more do I say, most of the employees are friendly. Gonna say most of the time my order is correct and fast service.
I was really excited when I saw seasonal fruit on the menu. Upon bringing this up to the cashier, she just took them away from me and wandered off. I stood there for a minute or two and nothing happened. No contract from any other staff member. I was out of time for lunch so I left. Won't be back
Strawberry frosty is the best. Service needs improvement as this location is not the friendliest. They have an older lady that is very unpleasant everytime I go. Luckily the strawberry frosty keeps me going there.
I have one question who runs this place and why are you not paying attention to your reviews?I mean any person in business should want to make money and clearly this is a failed location.The staff is rude !!The lobby is trashed!!I stood in line for 15 mins watching staff climb back and fourth over the counter giving there friends Free food .No one ever took my oder !More importantly it's a shame that this location can have the Wendy's name because all there doing is dragging it in the mud !!Trust me drive to the next location because this site is horrible ?.
Went through drive thru tonight and everything was great. Employees inside all were working hard to get food out. Food was great. Hot and yummy!
My order is always accurate here. The food is made fast. The lady that made my sandwich is very nice, I think her name was suyapa? Thank you!
The people who are mad about your food how about you try working in a fast food restaurant and see how it feels to be profiled by people who just eat the food and not even work most of the time. I was a cook and a customer at one point. Treat people with respect remember they make your food everytime and they work hard to prepare your food for you through the drive thru and try to make it fast and if they are having a bad day let them know. Life beats you down but get up and keep going it's called motivation. You do that next time you're phone will be better.
The only Wendy's in town worth going to! I've worked down the road for a handful of years and get lunch here pretty regularly and they haven't screwed up and order yet.
