Not one to complain especially at a simple food place like this which I always enjoy. We got there at 1130am on a Saturday and host was very friendly and able to seat us since we were on the waitlist. After that it went down hill...Lindsey our server was not friendly or geared toward the customer. It took 40 mins to get our food (ordered 2 breakfasts), there was plenty of staff that day and other tables were getting food on time. In that 40 mins she never stopped at our table to at least mention it might be a while and had to ask another person on our food. Once our server came with food we asked why it took so long and she said "staff in training". (Keep in mind others were getting food in orderly time and we ordered 2 breakfasts) and just walked away with no apology. We informed her that her customer service wasn't the greatest and would like to speak with a manager. She went back toward the head cook/manager and openly said "customer thinks we have horrible customer service" and that was it and manager just said ok and never came out to apologize or anything. Keep in mind the kit is open for others to see what is going on and hear. We happily paid our bill and left...I would like to give this place another chance. Food is not the problem (even though it was cold), just our server and manager.

I walk in and get set at the counter and order. Thirty minutes later No Food..I watch as 3 different groups come in order and get food. One even paid and left. I got up put $3.00 on the counter and left. I paid for my orange juice.Just how long does it take to cook 2eggs bacon and potatoes and toast.Terrible service and no attention by anyone..

I love this place, however telling me there is a 10 minute wait and after 40 minutes still have seven people in front of you is not right. There was an abundant amount of tables and people that were sitting at tables had no food. I realize there's staffing shortage, but the staff needs to set realistic expectations for what you're waiting for.

The food is okay. One of the servers seems to forget how important it is to wash his hands. I said something about the same person the last time we came to eat here. I actually said something to our waitress last time. We decided to try again, it's been a good 7 or 8 months. Same guy... same problem. Running fingers through his hair.... pushing up his glasses...no hand washing before touching plates of food. Yuck. This will be my last time.

Great prices, great food, friendly staff, not long wait times. Only critique is that the eggs can sometimes be undercooked slightly, and that there is way to much chorizo in their dish lol would like nicer booths but beggars can’t be choosers. ~ that is all being extremely picky. I come here regularly and love it here.

Always excellent food and the service is fantastic. Our server seemed to be impressively aware of all the menu items and was very efficient with everything.

This place simply does not have good food. Breakfast food isn’t that hard. The scrambled eggs weren’t scrambled and were tough, the hash browns mealy and without much taste other than salt, and the pancakes underdone with a distinct and unpleasant batter flavor. Service was friendly but spotty. Despite this it does have the benefit of being really busy and expensive. Better off at McDonald’s next door.

Nice place for breakfast. I was there when they were very busy and struggled a bit with the orders. It looked like they needed more help and we're doing the best they could. The breakfast was good. The side of bacon fell short on taste though. However the Sugar Bread was absolutely mind blowing! I'd come back if I was in the neighborhood.

there service was great and the employees where amazing

Deliciousevery time! I recommend the California omelet with steak added! The raspberry jelly is fantastic!
