The cashier was friendly and they didn't mess up my order this time. Tacos were not sloppy like they have been in the past. Sad that the Mexican pizza and party size nachos have been removed off the menu ?

food is always good. i order it from uber eats most of the time and my only complaint is that they almost ALWAYS forget my sauce packets. i know they’re free and it’s not a huge deal it’s just kinda annoying.

ordered on the mobile app and waited 25 minutes before my food was slammed on the counter. I don't know what that like Spanish lady's name is but she needs to be let go asap! rude to me and the door dash driver before me, And just as I was walking out the door the skinny Hispanic guy making food said "that's our costumer service!"

Not bad, always love our late night taco bell run. It was a little off putting the tables inside though. They weren't wiped off and had trash on a lot of them & there was something that looked like blood on one of the tables so we were a little grossed out

This Taco Bell is almost as bad as the one on Lake Michigan Drive. Go there to get breakfast at 715am and they are supposed to be open at 7am and the manager wasn't even there yet didn't open til 8amThen I placed an online order for pick up inside store for lunch and I get here and lobby is closed and wouldn't run my food out to me and made me sit in the drive through line for 30 min. When everything was done being made and order was paid for. Terrible service. Crazy to think these people want to get paid 15 an hour.I would drive the extra miles to go to a different location before going back to this one.

They close their lobby 3+ hours before they're supposed to. What's the point of doing an online order to pick up in store when the store isn't open. Then you have to sit in the drive thru anyway. Completely pointless.

My family was not impressed with the food or service at this Taco Bell. We decided to order inside because the drive thru line was busy. First, the computer fritzed out and we had to reorder on another computer. Then the food took a long time. We watched the workers grabbing and not working very hard. Then, our food was not satisfactory. My quesadilla wasn't even cut into slices and you could tell stuff was just thrown together without a care. We have decided to never go back to this location after this time and other past unsatisfactory times.

I ordered via the app and headed inside when my order was marked as ready. Unfortunately I was informed that they were not participating in breakfast that day. They refused to change the order status or issue a refund.

Rude employees, during a door dash with someone else. All Causcicans and the employees make food with out gloves. This gesture was yeild out the drive thru window. Then they locked the door. Do not go here. There will probably spit in your food. They clearly are not being managed or sanitary. I am not even eating my food and will be contacting GM and Health Department. I do Google reviews check my stats. I called and let the manager know I am calling GM and there was no apology or anything. Must be because I am not Causcicans. The only request was for gloves to be changed as the employee and the line was on his phone. With the gloves on. And went back to working, making food and packing food. We didn't want hair partials, or dirt on our food or in our bag. Two door dash orders and we ordered. My cousin Shaneka and I. The comment: "Come back again, and we'll make your food without gloves.". This is why y'all fast food restaurants employees get checked. Don't work here or there if you are unsanitary. We didn't make your choose to be a fast food worked. Be mad at your self and parents, for the lack of drive for customer service or self. Calling in the am, or Monday to refer to this and cameras. Nasty, rude, privileged fast food workers. This younger generation, needs help and managers who manage. She should be fired. She yeild this from the drive thru with customers in the window. This occured at 11pm April 2, 2022. I called back to ask at 11:35pm, after rudeness for GM and current manager name. It was denied and my calls are recorded. This persisted until they knew we were not giving up, did not trust the food to be properly made or safe. GM gave out money back, but no other comp for the waste of gas, disrespect, coming back, intentional phone disconnection and busy then busy line. I appreciate the money back and 3 meal. Should have been atlease $10. Gas is almost $5. I just will never return to this Taco bell and or fell comfortable with a group of specific staff, such as the overly privileged employee and management. Smh. ? Works we live in. People mad someone asked to change gloves. I can only imagine all the food that went out against food guidelines.
