This location is very on-point with substitutions, and I’ve never had to wait very long in the drive-thru. Staff have always been friendly.The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is every few orders, it seems like 1-2 of my items are not fresh. Hard shells are sometimes soggy by the time I can sit down and eat them.But I do recommend this Taco Bell over some of the other locations in the immediate area - have never had a “horror story” order from this place and can’t say the same about other stores.
My toasted Cheddar Chalupa had nothing inside but just a few crumbs of meat and smathering of sauce inside for almost $5.... none of our crunchwraps were ever the right shape, both were just a square of small portions.The tropical mango freeze was great though
Food is always fresh and fast! We love this location! Some of the friendliest staff ever!
I just don't get it, they ask you if you would like any sauce and you tell them mild and they put fire sauce in your bag, you tell them you want 2 cinnamon twist and they give you one,it's got to say something when they couldn't get the peaples order right in front of me and there they go marching into the store, no pride,no respect
I swear they get dumber and dumber every time I spend my money here. Truly.How hard is it to grill a burrito? Maybe just check the ticket?My family eats here too often for our food to ALWAYS have an issue.This is the closest one to my hose that isn’t temporarily closed down.
Waited to order inside, stood at the counter for 15-20 minutes to order because the kiosk didn't work. They never took my order, completely ignored me. I didn't want to waste my time anymore. The person next to me waited for 10 minutes just to get a cup for his drink, they didn't until he said something.
This is the best Taco Bell in Grand Rapids, we get our order and there is not much of a long wait. The staff is pretty friendly also.
We decided to go here that it's been a while since getting food here, we enjoyed our food and I returned the next day.
I got a gallon of different sauce i didn't want any of and didn't ask for. Then recieved no cheese sauce for my nacho fries.
They messed up my daughter order again. Everyone can't eat beef.
