I ordered lunch from this location online. I work in the sane parking lot mind you. I went to pick up my order, and they had a paper sign in the window saying they were closing early. The door was unlocked so i entered, thinking kaybe my order was just sitting on the online ordering shelf. The woman working said they never got my order and that they were closed. I received a call the next day, asking if i wanted the order made or judt a refund. I asked for a refund. Its been over a week and i still havent recieved that refund. This is ridiculous. Dont keep a store open if you dont have the staffing. Still waiting for that refund.

I called numerous times today to try to place a catering order. The first time I called, the girl answered. When I told her I would like to order a couple of catering trays, she hung up right after I said that. I thought the call dropped, so I called back. Each time I tried calling back, my call was picked up and then hung up immediately before I could talk. Maybe she didn’t want to do the order, but it was later this week. I just wanted someone to know. Thanks.

Awful experience today. Went in right before noon. Two younger gals working. Not a hello, welcome, or a smile. So we’re already off to a bad start here. I didn’t get her name, shorter black girl took my order reluctantly. Then it was my wife’s turn. She wanted a protein bowl with rotisserie chicken. Quite common. The girl, again, reluctant to take the order, was very rude. In a raised voice saying what’s rotisserie. We have roasted and strips! Wife points and says isn’t that rotisserie? Girl yells at her now, ITS ROASTED! At this point wife says forget it. I don’t want anything now. Now I, reluctantly, paid for the two subs and left. Never again. This behavior was abhorrent, and has no place in the food/customer service industry. Maybe a toll road booth would be more suitable for this person.

Me and my 2 young daughter went to this subway to get a turkey/ham sub.the lady(bigger one sorry dint catch her name)started doing our sub with just turkey.I told her that it was a turkey ham and she argue with me saying that I had attitude.in a loud voice she flipped saying get out!I understand that some people might be having a bad day but Jesus I pity her.I regret that my daughters(11 and 14 yrs old)got to see all this but we are living in desperate times with desperate people.To subway ladyIf you read this,I do apologize if u felt I was been disrespectful but my intentions where to just get the sub my daughter wanted.im a truck driver and trucks are loud causing me to loose my hearing over time.mask doesn't help either(blocks voice).and hey,is winter I'm bold need the hat :).hope your day gets better.we all have bad days.

Have come here three times in the last few weeks. Food is always decent but the two people who work here at night complain about how much they hate their job. Makes you not want to come back.

The employees were literally arguing in front of me and my kids super unprofessional please hire people with common sense

Was a little turned off by the employee telling me that what I saw in the container of onions is all the had left until the next day. That was his response to me asking for extra onion on my sub.

Seth and team provided great catering experience, food was great, on time and they even helped me load it in my vehicle. Thank you Seth and Team.

They didn't follow instructions and by time my mom brought the sandwiches back to the room we thought we had the wrong order because one was in a cookie bag smashed to heck.
