If I could give a 0 I would. Our food was cold and it looked nasty if you can’t tell by the chili. Burgers were super salty. Burger was missing everything on it. My boyfriend got food poisoning. Terrible food and I spent 80 dollars that is insane. Never again.
I ordered a triple burger and received 1 full patty and 1 patty cut in half and stacked to make u t look like 3 patties then they squished the bun to take away the fact that it was a double. And I ordered a double that consisted of 1 patty folded in half to make it look like a double. Can't 4get the squished bun again for appearances. Nasty fries and no side of cheese like requested. Won't b going there again. Oh mayb they should stick 2 shakes cause they were good.
This place is horrible, I waited over 20 minutes in line. Once I got my food and brought it work, I was not happy. I had to throw my whole meal away because my onion rings were cold and nasty, my burger was ice cold and I had mold in my drink. I tried calling and emailing them and had no response. Will never go back
What happened to this place? Ordered two meals, onion rings and two cups of cheese sauce. I was robbed... food was "okay" at best. The two cups of cheese that I paid for was just enough cheese to cover the bottom of the cup, enough for about 5 fries before it was gone. I use to work at this location, their standards really dropped. Won't be returning.
It's been a long time and I'm not sure I will ever go back. I always loved malts at Steak 'n Shake. Supposedly, they no longer offer malts. I could have gotten my shake from McDonald's for 1/2 the price. They didn't even ask what I wanted on my Burger but I specifically ask them to add tomato and lettuce. I got 1 pickle a half slice of tomato and a wilted piece of lettuce. They always had the best fries. Tonight, they were almost raw and they were all about 1" long. What is going on?The whole meal was terrible.☹️
Online order was supposed to be picked up at 6, didn't receive the food until 25 minutes later. One of the burgers wasn't even what I ordered and all the fries were cold.UPDATE: Tried them again, not only did they give me something I didn't order, but they put what appears to be a quarter of an onion on it.
The burgers are good but I'm not a fan of their match stick fries. The onion rings are a better choice. They have a decent selection of shakes, I like the Nutella shake. Overall a decent place. Minus 1 star for subpar fries and a smaller burger selection than other places.
My order was messed up. Ordered a garlic steak burger and got a plain bun single patty that's it and I tried calling to let them know but no one answers the phone.
The food wasn't cook properly, the staff where rude, there where 2 cars (us and another in front of us) and we wait 32 minutes to get our food. The car in front of us order very little and we order 2 burgers and 2 pops.
