Don’t waste your money here… go to Starbucks in giant on van reed where they know how to make a simple iced coffee. Unless you like watery iced coffee that does taste like coffee… just water with creamer in it…. Disgusting, such a waste of money
Always have great service when I come here. The staff is so friendly and great every customer like they’ve known you for years. The morning staff is especially great! They are always happy even when Having to deal with the morning rush.
I catch this Starbucks whenever I have to go toO Of M West Hospital or outpatient buildings around it. Everything is always correct when I get there, but the lines are getting really long no matter when I go these days. I love the App and being able to order ahead.
Ordered a Venti and wasn’t even close to full when I picked it up. Not worth the price. Picture is before even taking a sip.
Our drinks( Mocha coffee and Strawberries &cream frappichino) were made nicely! We enjoyed them
Everyone is super nice. Never had an issue with orders. Answered questions my daughter asked because unfortunately she is a Starbucks queen. Haha.I haven't been a Big fan of Starbucks but my daughter ordered me the wrong thing when I wanted hot coffee. Anyways it was great and now I'm hooked. I'm just not going to tell my daughter that, then I will be lured to Starbucks often.
I order ahead regularly and they normally take ~10 min. Could get faster from order in to order out for mobile orders. I only live a couple min away so I have to place well in advance. Also, they always seem to be out of something, so sometimes I can’t order my specific drink ahead. Idk why they run out so often, but order stuff better… lol 4 stars ??♂️
This starbucks is always amazing and kind. I love all the baristas and their service is always top notch!
Customer service was awesome. The employee who assisted us was friendly and helpful she has amazing customer service skills.
Just want to give a shout-out to the employees at the metro health location in Wyoming. This morning was the busiest I've ever seen it. They all kept calm and collected despite everyone waiting for their coffee. I did have to leave empty handed but it was my choice. Please keep up the good work. You are appreciated and doing a great job!
