Have eaten at Russ' many times at various different stores throughout Southwest Michigan but this time was probably one of the most disappointing meals I had ever had in a long time My wife and I met are adult daughters for dinner the meal was mediocre at best and with the price of going out to dinner these days I was was completely underwhelmed
I ordered the cheese steak dip. The meat was bland but otherwise it was okay. The Mac and cheese tasted microwaved with mushy noodles. The only thing I really liked was the French fries. Skipped dessert.

Great down-home cooking and friendly service at the drive-through. They are always consistently good!
We had the soup and salad bar. Salad had all the fixings and good selection of salad dressing, low cal options also. There we 5 or 6 soups and they were all good. You could also add endless baked potatoes bar as well!
Every things was good , Only one disagreedment was that the soup container looked to not changed offten like they should have.Other than that the price was fair. betterthen Red Lobster.

Hot turkey sandwich was terrible..it had a gray ground tuna looking turkey on it rater the quality sliced meat...also the gravy was very clumpy and unappetizing...never again ?

This is your new restaurant!I used to work here for a while and ate here even longer, over 10 years!The food is always hot and fresh and makes with the same care as a home cooked feast.The environment is super friendly and just an awesome place all around.The deserts and soups, as well as the good, are diverse and pack a huge punch when it comes to flavor and deliciousness.
This was my first time at this location and it seemed like there were no more than 5 people working the whole restaurant but still everyone was very friendly, the food was great as it usually is anywhere else and it came out in a timely manner dispite the low staff.
