We waited 10 minutes to be seated then a girl came out and said the dining room is closed and then put signs on the doors.
As a military member, Iwjo is used to ordering from Pizza Hut, I had a horrible experience. My order was placed at 16:44. The app stated it should be delivered between 55-65 min. At 17:44 it was out for delivery. At 1830 I contacted the store and spoke to the assistant manager. I told the assistant manager that I’ve been waiting for nearly two hours and I haven’t received my food. The assistant manager was rude and continued to argue that the driver was on his way. I replied that I wanted to make a complaint. The assistant manager asked why and stated he was confused. I tried explaining to the assistant manager why I wanted to make a complaint, he continued to interrupt me by yelling on the phone. I asked several times if he could stop interrupting me so I can answer his question. He hung up. I will never order from Pizza Hut again nor recommend it to anyone. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for poor conduct and mistreatment
I have Pizza Hut locations closer to my house but I will drive to this one because the food and service is significantly better and the staff is always nice!
The black olives on the pizza tasted spoiled. So I called to inform Pizza Hut so they would check them to prevent ruining someone else's order. They offered to make a replacement pizza. I said that would be nice. A few minutes later the manager called me and accused me of doing that a week earlier, same complaint about the olives. I said that wasn't me. I wasn't in the state last week, plus I only order on my app and there is no history of me ordering from them in the last 2 months. She was very rude and continued to infer that was her information on her computer and that I could not call and complain again to get a free pizza. I told her that might be a clue to her that something might be wrong with the olives if others are complaining. It wasn't me!!
No no I really like the personal pan pizza its been my fav for many years but it wasnt good the crust was just right but how they got that crust so right but it's like the the pizza sauce on afterwards it was not good and cheese wasn't melted I no another pizza spot that does it on 28th street right have to travel a few more mins but that ok
My pizza came 45 minutes after the text alert said that it was out for delivery and it came cold without any sort of heat to it whatsoever very bad Pizza
Thank you Pizza Hut for rewarding young readers through the Book-It program! We've been to this location a few times recently at lunch time. The food and service have been excellent. This location is due for new carpet and paint.
I just ordered delivery from their app, then had to call them to rearrange my order because something unexpected came up. Not only were they friendly and understanding, but the food they delivered is absolutely delicious! I will definitely be ordering again soon!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. My food was ready in the timeframe they gave me when I ordered. When I walked in it was just getting boxed up. It tasted great as always. :)
My score was due to the dinning room having limited hours, but with the ongoing labor shortage, it is hard to fault the store, but it is still inconvenient, but I do enjoy eating at this location.
