Horrible service. Love papa John’s pizza but the last couple of times I’ve gone in, I have been treated absolutely horribly by the woman at the front. Since when do crushed red pepper packets cost .25 cents each?
Staff were very busy - but very nice also. Made sure I got the customer service I needed.
I ordered a gluten free pizza. It was very good. The employees were all very friendly. The pizza was delicious. I would definitely recommend this location. Heather took my order, she was funny. Great job team Papa in Wyoming.
I ordered a thin crust, it was under cheesed, and burnt. When I called to asked them to remake my pizza I was informed that it was normal for a thin crust to be as hard as a stale chocolate chip cookie. They said yes they would remake it but that would also b burnt. The managers had me in tears. I was polite and asked nicely and they both were short with me and very rude. Papa John's has definitely went down hill with customer service. I will not be ordering from them again anytime soon. I would give 0 stars if possible. The district manager was awesome and she called me back on her day off. Thank you Amanda
I will not order from this restraunt again. Why have a no contact delivery when the delivery driver bangs on the door 6 times? The driver was pre tipped 20%. When I opened the door the driver was extremely rude. The pizza I had ordered was undercooked and the crust was cold upon delivery. The cheesesticks that we ordered were perfect loved them.
Pizza tastes good but they almost never deliver what we ordered. It's probably been wrong 4out of 5 times. They will fix things if you call, but it's annoying when you have to call about it more times than not. I wish I felt better about ordering from them.
when picking up for Uber eats they always say about 4 minutes until order is ready. wait may be 15 plus minutes. please just be honest or say I don't know ETA. if I am told the truth I may unassign myself as Uber drivers do not get paid when waiting for orders, they are supposed to be ready when we arrive.
Normally I don't have any issues and the food and customer service is excellent; however, In my most recent purchase they took almost an hour and 15 minutes to deliver because the delivery guy gave my order to someone else and they had to make me another one. I wanted to reduce the tip amount (was well over 20%) for the man who blatantly gave my order away with no notifications even though it was specified to please call upon arrival. So now whoever got my food has all of my information! The Papa Johns customer service just wanted me to take it up with the in-store members but I can't figure out how that would work to reduce the delivery tip. The problem was not and still has not been fixed.
