The food is good but $17 for a single meal is too much for me.
Great customer service, food is always fresh and so good. Dining area is fairly clean compared to most, but could use a little clean up.
Staff was great. Long wait during lunch hours. If you take a 30 minute lunch order your food ahead of time.
Thumbs down. $2.89 for a small drink? I have never been one to jump on the price gauging bandwagon but that is unnecessary. I got the pick 2, 1/2 sandwich, bowl of soup (filled about 1/2 way if that), and my mother got the chicken fuji apple salad and 1/2 mac and cheese (super small portion) and all of that with 2 small drinks came to $30.... $30!! are you kidding me? The meal was good no doubt... but not $33 good.....for not even having people serving you at the table..? never again.
Usually love Panera. But this location seems to be hit or miss on food prep. Seems like every time I come to this one. Something is wrong with my order. From cold soup to frozen chicken on the salad.
Takeout person never said hello and ask for order. Required saying hello after waiting 5 minutes to gain attention. Uncertain if this was due to no notice to the worker or lack of employees. Order was wrong as well. Total time through the whole process was 20 minutes.
Broccoli cheddar soup is what I live for! They make the best. Try it if you’re on the fence. You will never regret if.
Ordered a sandwich and they gave me a salad. Pizza was cold. This place is garbage. These people all need to get kicked out and fired for being lazy bones.
Just ordered a napa chicken salad. I got two pieces of bread, lettuce, a slice of tomato, and about half a tablespoon of chicken. Super super super disappointed guys.
I got a basic grilled cheese and cup of broccoli cheddar soup. It was not very busy but the cheese on my sandwich was like cheese that had melted at some point but was cold so it was not really melted no more and the bread was not even close to grilled.. Its like they microwaved an old grilled cheese sandwich and then the soup was not even hot it was like just warm. I was not impressed. My moms was the same way.
