Palermo's is my go-to for pizza, always great and has multiple locations throughout Grand rapids this is my first time at this location and as always the pizza does not disappoint the dough is always nice and soft with just a little crunch to the crust the lady that made my pizza and worked the counter was very pleasant and friendly. Definitely would recommend trying this location if you haven't already.
Been a go-to place for slices, giant pies, and tasty subs. The garlic bread knots are also buttery and the dough is top tier. I can not recommend this place enough.
Ask for a specific person to make my pizza because that's the person of my choice, and its my money! And MRS. JANICE had a nasty attitude got angry because I requested someone other than her then literally hung up in my face. Bad customer service JANICE. I will NEVER EVER COME BACK. Thanks to you!
I always order from them the delivery drivers are always friendly this is great service and I love how when they say there will be like a long wait and they get it to you in 30 minutes
Use to be good. Going down hill lately. Ordered this pizza Saturday, was told 25 min but had to wait 45. After waiting that time, got home to see my pizza made this way. Called them and horrible costumer service. Was told I can bring it back and wait for another pizza after already waiting that long and wanting to eat with my family. OR I can have $2 off my next purchase. Lost my business now
Seriously the best place ever!!! Awesome pizza and awesome service. They even opened their doors for me on Christmas night! Big respect! I will for sure be coming back!
Spent $25 thru GrubHub bc I had a gift card and specified my order and I get it and it's all wrong... call them and whoever I spoke to admitted they didn't write it down right, and now I have to wait another 50 mins for a new meal and I get zero compensation? I can't even keep the screwed up food?! I ordered from you guys bc you're supposed to be the best around and I wanted to try them, that was my Christmas gift from work, that gift card, I'm highly disappointed in the whole experience, the lady on the phone was rude and very short with us. I'll never order from y'all again
I'm from Ohio, visiting for some training. I always try to find a local spot when I travel. This place did not disappoint. While the wings were good, but not the best ever, (I wouldn't expect magnificent wings from a pizza place) The pizza was exceptional. Quick delivery, answered the phone and took my order very well. everything I expect in a pizza place. Thanks for the experience!

Went in to eat, tried to order a sandwich he kept trying to sell us pizza. Asked for napkins he tried to tell us they didn't have any. Sandwich was good, thanks for the napkins.
