First time going and WILL NOT be back.1) Told me it would take 20 minutes. It took over 40 for an in-store pick-up order.2) I Collected my items, and when I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong pizza.At this point, I was like, well, honest mistake whatever, no big deal.3) I called and explained the situation. The manager told me it would be 20 minutes to get the correct pizza. I figured the screaming kids in the background might speed that process up, but I was wrong.I said due to the wait from last time and since I ordered a custom pizza with extra toppings, not just pepperoni, could I at least get the additional $10 back I paid?They told me NO REFUND unless I bring the pizza back.I was debating if I needed a tetanus shot from my first trip there, much less did I want to go back to this dump a second time.Also, in all honesty, the pizza wasn't terrible. Just the people and wait time.

We order from here all the time and get lunch specials from here weekly. They have the best pizza around. If you are looking for good pizza look no further.
I'm from out of town, order their pizza because it was close. Ordered threw grubhub. Aaaaaaand the pizza never showed, called Palermo and they said they didn't know what happened they just signed with GrubHub, so the manager made a fresh one and delivered it himself to the hotel. And it's delicious
