The staff at the drive through are great BUT this place has gone down hill. Inside there is No in person ordering, no drink machine, no ketchup, no napkins available in the dining area. You have to ask for help if you need anything but they are short staffed so they don’t have time to help. They must be trained to ignore the counter. It is the most expensive McDonald’s in the area.

Rude from the moment they got on the box while we were in drive-thru. Most staffed McDonald's I've been to in a long time but the laziest crew. Refused to sub any meats for another on a sandwich. Let me order root beer (on one of the meals we canceled) then when I wanted to check what the drinks were because I said dr pepper and a coke in my frustration of having to find a different meal than intended (change coke to root beer) was told they don't serve it there? Got to the second window. They only had 2 of the 3 kids meals on my recipe . They proceeded to tell me I have to come in to order a new one or get back in line. (I went in) We canceled the adult meals because of the cluster whatever they got going on I didn't care to have my meal messed up.The kids meals...... all of their food was cold.....How do you have that many people on the clock and be that lazy and rude.Kids wanted this as their reward for finishing school, never again.

I run through this location in the morning when I'm running late for breakfast and pretty consistently get cold sausage burritos. The dinner time isn't much better I've only been to this location for non breakfast twice but they were slow and rude both times.

Cat in front of Us was given Our food! Like How does this happen? Tell the people to get off their cell phones!!!!Our fries were COLD. Then the lady at window tries giving Us Our real drinks and the peoples behind Us!! What the Heck. Not impressed. Will not be returning.

I don't know what is going on in the world today with restaurants. The drive-through was so busy with at least 10 cars in line so I went in. The sign said there was no cash register service so I needed to order from the kiosk or the app. What if you are an old person and not savvy about those things. There were 3 employees and very few customers inside, but I still had to wait 15 minutes to get my sundae. None of the employees wore a uniform. They were all wearing casual street clothes. Now on to the sundae. The price must have gone up 50% in the last few years and it's like ice milk instead of ice cream.

43 minutes... They forgot to take the order from the woman in front of me while they put 3 cars through on the line next to us. Then at the payment window, we discover that they took my order wrong so I had to pull up to the curbside lane adding just enough time for the rest of my food -that had originally been made correctly- to get cold while they fixed the first mistake. Just frustrating b/c I clock out for lunch breaks and lost time at work because of the wait ?

The drive thru line was very long and very slow . The person taking orders either wasn't listening or was very distracted and the customers had to keep repeating their orders .The cashier did not give me a receipt so I had to request one .The food was awful , French fries were cold and soggy and the quarter pounder had so many onions on it that was all you could taste .I will never visit this McDonald's again !

Ordered 2 Large pops, "light ice" (it was also written on the receipt) and had 3/4 ICE and 1/4 POP.... I took all the ice out of the cup and that's what the result was... and not even complaining about the 1/2 hr. wait in line to get the order/food...

Mostly good , prices are better than downtown gr sometimes drivethru can be slow but usually ok otherwise its a typical mcdonaldx with a clean dining area

Not that hard to remove a single ingredient from the standard build, but they reliably get it wrong by either not removing it or save time by literally removing one of the patties so that the double becomes a single at the same price. This has been a pattern.
