Well decide to go in to McDonald's instead of going through the drive-thru and caught them making food with no gloves ? ugh ? gross ? they noticed me @the counter looking at them disgustedly because I had already ordered my food and I was wondering which of the buns they were fondling was mine ? ...when my order was done I just said thanks then walk to the ?️ and pitch it ? #nomoredrive-thru??
This McDonalds is the worst, I’ve given it numerous chances since it’s so close to my house but will not be back. I’ll drive right past this one and go to the one on Gezon Pkwy which has great service. I typically only go through the drive-thru here and always have to wait at the speaker for several minutes before being greeted. This morning I sat at the speakers for 5 mins to let them know I was there for my mobile order and was never greeted, I pulled up to the pay window and sat there for a few mins and was never greeted, I pulled up to the pickup window and was greeted after a few short minutes and was told I had to go back through the line because he didn’t have my mobile order. The manager came over and said the same thing, I showed them my mobile order and still was directed to go through the drive-thru process that I already tried. It’s worth driving passed this McDonalds and finding another location a few miles down the road that will actually provide you with service.
Store was very clean customer service was good food came out fast and fresh and hot.
Husband went out of his way at 3 am for breakfast to what was listed on Google as the only nearby restauatant open 24 hours (business updated hours 5 days ago) and it was closed. Super dissapointing!
This is the best McDonald’s in the area. Always friendly and fast. Very organized on how they manage their orders.
Fast food, lunch time drive thru, got thru quickly but maybe it's me but cheeseburgers seem smaller.
Exceptional! I went at around noon to grab some lunch, purchased a #7 & #3 for me and my girl. Line was pretty long so figured it would be a bit of a wait.So impressed, that line was moving. I bet nobody sat at the window for more then 3 minutes. It was great to see, this is how fast food should be. I just wanted to give kudos where kudos are do. Keep up the great work.Most of the time my experience is far from above when I visit other McDonalds locations but this one was fantastic, after so many good runs through here I felt compelled to leave a positive review.Hot fries, fast food. Good service. Not sure whos running this place but they are doing fantastic.
Hands down the best fast-food breakfast drive-thru around. I stop once or twice a week and always have had a pleasant experience. The lines do get rather long from time-to-time but this location keeps both lanes open and they are extremely efficient. I also want to say the woman at the first drive-thru window most mornings is awesome. Always friendly and courteous which is a welcome addition to my commute.
I will no longer be going to this location. Lobby is always closed. Long lines and slow service. Ordered a Big Mac meal fresh were cold and sandwich looked like it was made 30 min before my order. Sprite was flat as well.
Love this McDonald's! It's the only one that my son and I can dine in and eat, also they always get our order right and are quick! This is my favorite McDonald's in Grand Rapids!
