DO NOT support a business that let's there ratchet employees hangout the drive thru window and yell at people in their parking lot!! TRASHY!!!!!
The drive thru got our order wrong, but it seem to be the manager.. he fixed our order..gave our money back..and gave what he was going to throw out to our dog..great place.
I find it appalling that McDonald's staff want a raise yet they can't follow simple instructions. Highly recommended going to the 28th Street location. Included is the photo of my burger I ordered missing the most important thing...the burger.
The smoothies are great, just hoped that the cup size was a little bigger for the price, but my overall experience is good.
They are some rude employees/managers they messed up my order and the guy lied about how the sandwich cost probably so I can get out of the line they charged me for a McMuffin $4.09 and I wanted a sausage McGriddle $2.79 and just switched it I asked if they could add the egg and cheese to make it a fare switch and he said it cost the same smh obviously not.
Great service. I always go here to get kids meal for my kids.
They messed up my order i offer to pay for what they messed up and i never asked for anything free and they refused manager was very rude and said they dont take cards because of covid (they always grab your card when you pay) but i didnt had to go back to the line and order again what a joke...i always go there since is close to my house but never had an issue before. When i told manager i was going complaint he said he didnt care i was very frustrated because i had to drop off my kids and go to work and didnt have time to go home and cook for them. They didnt know what kind of day i had.
You guys they had Mcflurries!!! They were quick to take my order and they didn't say the mcflurry machine was broken!! FINALLY!! I don't rate McDonald's usually but this one I will and I will purposely be headed to!!! They were kind as well compared to the other 2 on 28th street close by. That are rude and slow this one was not! LOVE this McDonald's! ❤️
At this establishment they have a worker named Miguel A. And if im you i wont eat there. He always smell and he talk about any other employees like he's god and everyone else is garbage. He got fired from meijer years ago . He was making threats to costumers.
