Food is what you would expect as well as quality, the issue is we went and their dining room is closed. Not sure why since I have been to other ones and had dine in with no issues but this one is closed.
I ordered a daily double. It showed up as a double bacon cheeseburger. I told her & said she would change it. And to pull up to pay. When I got to my destination, it was a bacon double cheeseburger in the bag.
On 5/9 I went through a busy drive through and carefully repeated myself to the plain easy understandable woman on the job when this completely crazy voice came over I could not understand. After asking 3 times to repeat, the same voice said in plain english. "Total is $$$ SMARTY!"I drove away
If you don't mind getting the order of 3 items wrong 4 times and getting HOOD attitude from the employees then this is the place for you. We ended up just getting a refund which you guessed it MORE ATTITUDE and no apology with the drive though worker screaming the entire time. If I was the owner of this McDonald's I'd be disgraced to be the owner. Furthermore I would get rid of all the current employees and get someone in there that knows how to run a simple fast food operation. I only reviews for places that are great or completely awful this place was completely awful and I'll probably just stop going to McDonald's all together it's the same pretty much all around here.
Went to McDonald's on Rivertown parkway, Wyoming MI sat at speaker to order for over 10 minutes. Noone ever took our order. It was the middle of the day, they were open and we saw others in front of us order. Left and went somewhere else.
I can understand ur trying to do ur best with less.. but do better.. your wi down lady, yes she was of color, was completely rude.. im sorry u can't listen to what I ask for and get it on the order. And "Is that it?" said snidely isn't the way to ask if my order is complete. And finally saying "pull ahead" instead of saying your order is gonna be a few minutes, do u mind pulling ahead please, would work a whole lot better. Then the manager was just as rude.. after I told him his employee was rude.. u think he would have apologized.. NOPE.. just pull ahead please or I can give u a refund. Maybe the store manager will have something to say.
Amazing service! Friendly and actually had chitchat with me & made me evening! Also, I got the nugget meal and the nuggets were all in a nice row & gave me 3 sauces.. 3! Whoot woot! Awesome :)
Horrible McDonald's they mess your order up and when you call to talk to a manager no one pick the phone up! Save your money! And go somewhere else!
Standard McDonald's experience for me. Food was fast and correct. I don't really care for McDonald's food as it's too salty for my tastes, but most everyone should know what they're getting into already.
Food is good but I swear literally almost every time my order is messed up or someone forgot the fry’s or a burger. I don’t know if we are just unlucky or if this happens to everyone but goodness. How hard is it?
