Literally sat their for about an hour maybe since their lobby was closed. Yet the door says it closes at 10? It was 8:50 when we got their. And they let a whole other person in to get his food and drinks (which I’m guessing their friends) while my brother and I were waiting outside for our food. Doesn’t make sense. They looked at us and didn’t mind opening the door telling us they were closed until about 9:30. But they Instead gave their friends food while my brother and I walked to get our stuff we paid for and didn’t even get. (I did call twice and the second call got declined. ( not professional at all :). )
Worst experience of my life. I arrived at the drive-through at 9:34 PM on Sunday July 16th. I went through the drive-through and the representative asked me what I wanted and I said 2 ice cream cones. I waited there for 10 minutes for them to tell me a total but they'd never said anything. Proceeded to move forward to the 1st drive-through window. I started to move back-and-forth backing up my car and moving forward to see if they're going to open up the window one of the 2 windows so i could pay. One girl came to the window started to open it but then maybe she was trying to make sure it was locked and did not say anything to me. I finally moved forward to the 2nd window and after 5 minutes a man came to the window at 9:54 PM and that they were closed. I told him that my order was taken and I'm waiting to pay for it and he said my order was never taken. This is by far the worst f-c-ing experience I've ever had.
Was in drive through for almost 20 minutes—was told to pull forward because my food wasn’t ready—waited while 4 or 5 cars got their food (keep in mind my order only included nuggets and fries)—finally went inside—waiting at the register for almost five minutes just to get somebody’s attention—plenty employees completely ignoring me at the register. Finally somebody come to help (the same lady who had told me to pull forward 15 minutes before)—I told them I had waiting to my nugget order—the lady just opened a bag and took a ten piece that was already sitting at the counter ready—I had to remind her to put in the fries, because she didn’t even bother to look up my order.I’ve also had other frustrating experiences at this location, with the workers seeming unfocused, goofing off, talking with their non co-worker friends while working, and just unprofessional overall.Do not recommend this location.
This McDonald's is COMPLETELY horrible. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We wait in the drive through for 15+ minutes every time. And orders are NEVER accurate. Staff are arrogant and rude. I won't go back. Absolutely horrible.
Horrible service this is like my second or third time coming here the drive-through is open 24 hours a day and the store doesn't open until 5:00 a.m. I complimented the young lady on being so chipper answering to take my order and as soon as I did she said well let me check and see if we're open and then she comes back and says oh we're not open for another hour when clearly she's lying drive-thru is supposed to be open 24 hours.And when I asked the young lady at the intercom what her name was she didn't want to give me her name I asked her was she a manager and she said well I don't know what you want me to do I don't want you to do anything sweetie.
I would give 5 stars if I could ever show up with the shake machine working. Seems they have a shortage on maintenance people or they close the shake machines a bit early. I'm not sure which one but get it together McDonalds or don't I prefer Jamocha shakes anyway!!
i dont know what it is about them McDonald's burgers... but mannnn ill take one of them over a grilled patty any day!! i usually spend a few hours there when i go so i can charge my phone (no electricity at home) ? and the employees never mind me and are always super helpful.
This place sucks they never get your order right, half the time I need up getting someone else's order. Ohh and the drive thru is the slowest
How this place has any stars is beyond me. Rude, arrogant, and always on their phones. Especially the girl taking orders today at about 3ish. She should be fired for her lousy-self entitled-cuz-she -feels-oppressed-for-having-to-work attitude. Atleast the next employee was decent. Management and owners obviously dont care how its ran.
This restaurant is the worst, put in my order, paid went to next window to have this woman jump in front of worker tell me to pull ahead with no hello, reason, then slammed the window. Pulled ahead she then took numerous other orders and pointed me out to each person, why? She then delivered food to all other patrons except me, why? Finally called her on it and she turned into crazy, calling me names. Waited 3 more minutes she comes out the door and stands there with the bag taunting me with it...come and get it. Oh you don't want it and went back inside. 2 minutes more sends out her lackey cohort, to hand me bag, asked for my drink, he threw my food on ground and flipped me off. WHY? Disrespectful,rude, ignorant employees! Avoid this restaurant
