we waited for a hour more than an hour the food was cold the owner was very rude and kick me and my friend out but no reason you did nothing wrong I will not go back
I want there a few mouths back whn they were open ordered some food an drinks waited a half hour for my food there employees were very rude an that same night was want to the hospital for food poisoning
One of the worst restaurants when it comes to service. Ordered an appetizer that never made it to the table, same with the dessert. Waiter was so careless and negligent that he did not even bother to come refill the water or ask how the food is. Asked (multiple times) for a plastic spoon to feed my kiddo and that never made it to the table. Waiter had no knowledge of the food, however the food we ordered was amazing in taste. Guess the more priority is not everyone but only the customers who are at the bar or who are celebrating birthdays.Overall, food was great but don't expect a good time due to horrible customer service.
First time at Maya in 2 years. Will not come back. Must have changed ownership or management. Were not greeted when we arrived. Food was not the quality or flavor profile it used to be and all was lukewarm. We came with a family party of 6. We ordered 2 on the rocks 18 oz. Margaritas and were served 12 oz. Asked for a second one later and got the 18 oz, but it had sugar instead of salt rim. They missed making one of our meals and offered no apologies and took another 15 minutes to arrive after the rest were served. We had to ask for chips and salsa.
One of the most Authentic Restaurants I've ever been to. Great variety, interesting drinks and super friendly professional service. Can't wait to go back. Gracias Jasmine and staff.
Went in for the first time after only having had takeout. The dine-in menu is impressive! Plus the atmosphere is so fun with murals and colorful lights
LOVE. LOVE. LOVE IT HERE. BUT TODAY. ??Grabbed some Guac today and it was savory. Figured they switched it up. But I got 5scoops in and thought they dropped a chunk of chicken in it but the texture was off. I pulled the meat outta my mouth and it appeared to be crab meat it was shredded and had small red dots down the side. I rubbed it between my fingers and it smelled just like fish. Mind you I don’t eat fish at all. My stomach and head is now hurting.
The restaurant first of all took 20 plus minutes to put our order in! Then they over charged us by $44 when our meal should of been around $80! We called asking if they could re look at receipt as the waitress never asked for my phone number for the receipt! They told us they could do absolutely nothing about it and told us it was our loss! It was also my birthday and they told me I could get a free shot and I’m not even 21 and she then never offered me nothing else!
Food was great. I really wanted to live this place. The problem is that they added on an 18 percent tip without telling me and I gave a $60 dollar tip on top of it. I noticed it after I got the bill back so I told them I wanted my extra tip back and they said they would give it back. They only have $20 of it back. I will never go here again
