The meal was overall good. But there was no sauces, no napkins and utensils. Oh the fish was a bit greasy
This was a bad deal here. I got there and the speaker was all smashed in from a disgruntled customer. I can see why. The fish and shrimp and fries were really bad. Burnt dirty grease. It never used the he this way. Fries were all soggy. I can see why they had to come out the back door and wave people around to take their orders. I ate half and tossed the rest. Even the green beans were really bad. Icky
I went here the first time ever to this location. I ordered one meal, 6pc shrimp and had to pull forward. Not big deal. 2 people after me left and no one was in drive-thru... seemed like forever of a wait
I received the wrong order. Went back inside to get it corrected and was insulted, called names, and when I asked for a refund, I only received a partial refund. I've lived in this area for 46 years and have been going here since I was a youth and I've *NEVER* been treated so horribly. The food has always been good, and what I got appeared to be decently cooked (fresh, not soggy), but I can't get past the very poor customer service of "the manager", or at least the guy pretending to be the manager.
Food was ok, they did not get my order correct. I didn't notice until I was already home. The chicken and hush puppies were good.
Took almost a half hour to get through the drive thru! I sat at the speaker for almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that the person in front of me was even there and another 5 minutes for me. Then it took forever to actually get the food after I paid for it!
+Hot crispy and greasy-No utensils for my coleslaw.+Plenty of meat for $13-Where's the tartar sauce. Vinegar is good though.+Hush puppies were the best part
Long wait for my order to be wrong and dried out fish. No cocktail sauce. While the staff wasn't rude, they weren't friendly at all. Poor attire but above all PUT ON A BELT AND KEEP YOUR PANTS UP WHEN YOU ARE WORKING AT A FOOD ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!
Awful, simply awful. 1st, they tend to close early, 2nd, they get your order wrong almost every time & 3rd) If you do go towards closing time, they will lie to your face and tell you they are out of stock on something. Seriously, it's utter laziness. Avoid this location at any cost.
My wife and I just had the best dinner at Long John Silvers on 28th st SW the fish was great and the best part was the excellent service. The entire staff was very pleasant and courteousThank you
